Welcome to Season 18 of the Formula FUSION F1 League! After 17 successful seasons on the Codemasters F1 games, it's time to move into our second season of the F1 2017 game!
Formula FUSION is all about having an enjoyable experience on track by following proper racing rules, as opposed to the demolition derby that is public lobbies and other racing leagues. We have built a reputation for providing clean, fair, and competitive league racing, and we will do our best to ensure that this continues in the best feasible way. But remember, to achieve this, we depend on you as a driver to respect the rules and drive in a professional and fair manner!
It doesn't matter how fast and experienced you are - we welcome drivers of all skill levels to join the fun. All we require is that you've got the mindset of clean racing.
General League Information:
● League setup:
● Race format: Each race event features full qualifying session followed by a 100% distance race.
● For next season (Season 18), there will be four sets of standings:
Each race will be split into two separate divisions, with each division racing at the same time, within the same lobby. This creates a Le-Mans style atmosphere and gives many of the less experienced drivers a new objective to aim for - one which will be far more realistic and genuinely achievable. Each division will use the same (current) points system and will be displayed on the results page as two different championships. The overall driver's championship will also use this points system, and provide members with an outlook of their position compared with drivers from a different split.
Second division drivers will be able to choose their desired teammate from division one based on a random picking order. First division drivers will then be able to choose the team that they drive for. This will also be based on a random picking order. This system will pair each driver from division one with another driver from division two, and their collective points will then contribute to the overall constructor's championship.
We realise that some members would like to choose whichever teammate they wish, and therefore we have tried to make this new system as open as possible whilst creating a fairer constructor's championship, however, you will be limited as to which teammate you ultimately receive. Unfortunately, this can't be avoided and is necessary for the two divisions to function as intended. We hope you understand this compromise.

Our racing rules are in place to help us enforce clean and fair racing in the leagues. We also expect you to behave maturely and respectfully in the race lobby and on the forums.
