Most needed feature for next sequel - tutorials and built in help?

Try to sum up my own view of things with an example:

Ran DR for some hours, 18 months ago,, and found I unlocked an achievement that 11% of gamers unlocked.
And was kind of puzzled over this .- I don't play that much and still 89% never did this.
Siz months later I played again - and this number decrease to 7% unlocked this.

Kind of mind boggling - how many actually get what developers spent so much time creating?.

So is the struggle to actually understand the progress system and how to really explore all those features in there?

Tuning cars is fun - but how many understand it.
Upgrading cars is fun .- but how many understand it.
Team building is fun - but how many understand it.

So what do you think is most needed?

More help to actually get everything that is there?
I checked yesterday again - the achievement is now down to 4.3% - so one of 25 gamers unlock that.
So from 11.4%, down to 7.3% to now 4.3% - as new gamers are added.

That tells me not many get the gameplay of DR.

So really emphasizing on increasing the knowledge of the various game progress features in there - would really increase how gamers intercept the game itself - and possibly feel the game is better.
