Si nce Saturday I'm getting everytime the error code CE-34787-0. I've deleted and new installed the Game but it still the same. Installed the new patch 1.04 still can't play. Please help!

Just got this blue screen in an online lobby.

"An error has occurred in the following application: (CD-34878-0) F1 2016"

PS4 patch 1.04

Not had any issues until now. Was in an online lobby, 30 min practice, short quali, 50% race. Halthway through practice, I came into pits. Waited for the animation. Pushed triangle to enter setup and the game froze and blue screen came up with the error code above.

I can't even start the game it crashes when I get in the main menu

I have just tried to play micro machines on ps4 and i am getting this same error message and the game cuts off do i need to take game or what can anyone help me please its doing it alot
