I'm interested in how you have 24G of ram installed in your system and are you using GForce Experience? Also was this a clean install of your OS? What OS?

And GE is NOT optimizing any games,...correct?! If YES, turn off. Also are you running a ram drive or swap file? Turn those off too.

I have changed the memory setting. Also I read the manual for my board. 1. DualChannel is A1/B1, 2nd A2/B2. Also i have switched the memory. A1/B1 = 2x 8GB and A2/B2 = 2x4GB. And then playing the game with no crashs. If the crashs come back, I will remove 2x4GB from my system. I think its a good idea to report all changes here. In the manual stands: for a system with 2 dual memory channels you need 4x the same memory types.

And yes the GE don't optimizing my gamesettings.

    Good news then:)
That's correct. The memory doesn't have to be the same capacity, but they should be from the same manufacturer, type, speed rating, timings and a matched pair. I didn't look at your board but you may find it may be more stable and run the 2X8s at their rated speed without issue.

Yes all Memory sticks have the same specifications. Only the manufacturer and the size are different. But now its stable. The last houres, I played without crashs. I think the new configuration of my memory works stable. Your sentence
... how you have 24G of ram installed in your system ...
was the begin of a working solution. I am so happy! :p  And F1 2016 works fine now!

In F1 2016, the crash comes back. Also I think, I will remove the 4GB Modules. :'(
