If  F1 2017 physic , force feedback , track feel , suspension feel , does not improve towards realism , which I am hoping and praying it does, specially if Mr Greco is lead incharge as Lee pointed out, he was in Spain F1 testing looking at how F1 2017 feel , sound and change direction , then thank GOD i am getting excited about this.....  I love F1 and hope F1 2017 will be a big step towards advance handling and Force Feedback feel

    @Naeemali007

    According to a couple of big F1 and Motorsports YouTubers, i.e. Aarava / TRL Limitless / Tiametmarduk / ITB / xMattyg1 etc., the FFB and Handling do replicate the general feeling of the 2017 cars quite decently.

    If we want full out simulation we got many alternatives in the likes of P-Cars (2) / rfactor (2) / iRacing / Assetto Corsa / Automobilista / Raceroom etc., still regardless of the "improvements" Codies has promised for this year, they've always tried to please both the simracers and the casuals alike, more so the casuals.....

    Yeah, iRacing is all i play after F1 2016....  unfortunately they don't replicate the real F1 season like the CM games do, so I like to play F1 2016......
    Looking forward for F1 2017......

    @Naeemali007

    True, iRacing etc. unfortunately don't have the current F1 cars in them as a default, as Codemasters have the exclusive rights to a monopolized licence granting them the chance to produce official F1 games annually, others don't.

    But the beauty of PC simracing is that we can basically mod anything we want anyways.

    --------------------

    Have you tried out Assetto Corsas 2017 Hybrid Pack already?!

    Absolutely amazing to drive, they even got the whole engine component as realistic as possible with a functioning ERS simulation.

    I have heard about it, can you send a link
  • LilBrown47LilBrown47 Member Pit Crew

    This is the mod for AC, surely worth a visit, they have got it spot on with the handling and it gets live updates everytime the real cars are getting "better" / "faster" / "stronger" ;)

     But don't forget the mantra all fans of Codies have been living with for 8 straight years:

    It's a "work in progress"......

    -_-
  • Naeemali007Naeemali007 Member Wheel Nut
    Yeah...... I am really hoping to be able to feel the tires grip more and proper force feedback......  All the features , career mode , etc not worth it if the car itself doesn't provide proper force feedback and feel from tires and suspension...

    The truth speaks for itself...more people bought Pcars1 for its "Formula 1" content than people bought F1 2015 for its official F1 content. This year will be the same with Pcars2 and F1 2017.

    Not it won't behave haha. Theres no 2017 like cars in Pcars and the cars in the beta are probably the best thing I've ever driven in a game

    You remember when you first came to my office? I asked you, "Do you want to be an eagle, or do you want to be a **** bird?" And you said "I want to be an eagle".
    You got to be what you say you're going to be, which you aren't.
    You got to do what you say you're going to do, which you haven't.
