F1 2016 don't start with 16 cores CPU

Is a patch to be able to start F1 2016 with the new AMD Threadripper 16 cores is on the way ? The problem is well known since last may when the first Ryzen CPUs were released.

If you can't add a positive comment, please get off.

If you get this kind of CPU and you still want to play that game, It could be a problem...Will it be fixed in F1 2017 ?

Alright calm down, it's just a joke man.
My best guess would be if it isn't off-release they will for sure add support in a patch later down the line. They'd be stupid not to embrace the newest technology, and add support for it.
Especially with the ryzen line-up looking very popular at the moment.

Sorry. It was a bit hot temper reaction.
From the new AMD Threadripper reviews, they discovered that F1 2016 and some other games, were actually checking the number of cores on the computer before starting and Codemasters are aware of that. I'm wondering what they're going to do...To start the game, the revisers had to reduce the number of cores by software which is quite annoying.
