I installed WRC 7 yesterday - but with controller joystick then.
So increasing sensitivity to about 25 or so - it felt all good. More like I am used to on Codemasters stuff - rather small gentle movement to steer.
nice !!!!!!!!! did you get the Oculus? its on my Xmas list
No mate, it's the PSVR, hooked-up to a Pro (which, in-turn, is hooked-up to a terrible driver, who thinks he's good enuf to drive without using HUD pace notes).…
thanks all! im on T300 and my DOR was at 650 ,down from 900 default.
ill try some stuff tonight.................thanks
I take it that in your post, you are referring to the in-game options?
The available DO…
I've been playing this game for a few days and it's impressive!
I'm glad that you're enjoying it mate and are seeing, in the game, the same qualities which I also noted.
I can understand peoples reluctance to try th…
Nothing can help a mediocre game to be great dude.. haha
I never mentioned anything about it being mediocre or great. I was just trying to help someone with their wheel settings.
Anymore unrelated stuff, that…
Btw: can anyone recommend FFB settings for WRC7? Tried it yesterday and it felt terrible.
These are my settings for the T300, if it helps?
Force feedback 75Vibration 25
All dead zones 0
Steering sensitivity 50
the D4 car model seems to have the understeer/rear grip overload actually hard-wired into the model. That’s the difference.
In WRC 7, you can really change the balance of the car in setup & really play with the balance when driving…
Αnd Hengist you abvisously go too slow in the first video you uploaded in this topic , why this??
Yup, I was going slow, hence my reference to being out on a Sunday drive. The reason for this was that I had just got the ga…
There is one thing that I've not mentioned so far, and that's the road surface feel. Yes, as expected, there's a noticeable difference between tarmac, gravel and snow, but what I find impressive, is that the game can replicate even further parameter…
It’s far from polished, but it’s, at face value, enjoyable.
The main attraction for me are that the physics feel like a car, in relation to my driving inputs, and they react as I intend them to. Also, as you've mentioned, it i…
Thought everyone would enjoy this WRC 7 vs Real Life comparison video I made after running on the Arena Panzerplatte. I did an identical time as Tänak on SS13 this year:
Cool vid' mate.
the 2017 WRC's behave pretty believable on gravel to me. You can really take advantage of the insane grip the aero gives at speed.
Some great driving there mate. Thanks for sharing the clip. I enjoyed watching it.
I feel like living in a surrealism reading these triumph comments for WRC 7 , the game is the worse rally game ever played for me.. These physics had some rally games 20 years back about..
If that's your opinion, then …
That sounds good, would you mind sharing your wheel setups? I'm planning to buy WRC 7 as soon as it goes on sale and I use your same wheel, it would really help to have a starting point.
Certainly mate. For my T300RS, I have t…
In WRC 7 there is only one stage longer than 4 km per each location., which is a shame
I just did two back to back, 10k+'s. Although I was too busy to check if it was just an reverse affair? I'll investigate the situ…
