2 pointsI can't really believe I'm requesting this for a PC game in 2019 but here we go. Can we please get mouse support in this game? You know, Codemasters, that thing you move around on a mat causing a cursor to move on the screen? I know most other game developers have heard of it.

2 pointsI've got a G27 slapped onto a $1,000 rig with a handbrake that costs more than the wheel right now 😆 I plan on upgrading but I've kind of dove off the deep end so my next purchases went from highend to boutique gear lol. I put more miles on my sim rig in a week than I do my real car, so if I'm going to spend money I might as well get what I want right? But you don't have to spend money to be good. I had the G27 strapped to a desk with an office chair originally on dr1. Loved the game and the experience so much tho that I looked into buying the "real" stuff - and I regret nothing.
-
1 pointYup, whatever you have most fun with is the right choice for you 🙂
-
1 pointyou dont have to spend big to enjoy the game or be fast. wheels like the logitech dfgt can be had for £40-50 every day of the week. spending big just brings more realism . obviously this is for pc.
-
1 pointBloody hell that's some hardcore gamers right there to be spending that sort of money on a wheel setup😲😲 Being a pauper I'll stick to the controller😃

1 pointAll I know is that it's most likely Sony instead of KONAMI as KONAMI still gave out stuff that were meant for the new players and they had some limitations in place for the matchmaking. Sad really...
-
1 pointI was so angry about the crash after the race I woke up at 6am to redo the race lol. No they gave no reason bud. I already have it on Xbox with gamepass, I dont remember Sony ever doing this before so it's a bit strange.

1 point@Faya or @PJTierney Do we have any updates on the skill rating system fix?
-
1 pointSome of us have been here a really long while. I remember when we had the LOTRO forums!

1 point@PJTierney On the wheel, in your own words, want to race more than just rally. So by that reasoning, you would *NOT* want anything but a round wheel, it's the non-round wheels that are specialised, not the other way round.
-
1 pointI could wait until later in the week but here goes: This will be in Version 1.6.
-
1 pointI would suggest not if you don't want to use severely limited rotation like Pork and Dgeesio. F1 rims are only good if you're using ~200 degrees of rotation.
-
1 pointOr avoid wasting more time on that and just unlock the liveries. Work on rallies, stages and cars instead.

1 point@Faya this is a thread with some very important feedback on private leagues. Could you please confirm you noted the mentionings in the replies like: weather, realistic cars, restarting leagues @Faya I think the league system can really replace the online championship, but not in this state

1 pointIt is a shame that they never announced that they will remove the online Championship Mode... I played 50%Carrer/50% Online Championship. My friend only played Online Championship...we will stick to F1 2018 until this Feature/Gamemode is patched. @Faya do you have any Infos if/when "real" Car Performance will be patched so we can have a "real"Online Championship like we got in F1 2018? Also will it be possible to change the time/weather and save between sessions?
-
1 pointYeah no clue why anyone could ever think that removing features is a good idea.
-
1 pointSame here, every year I just buy the game to play a nice co op championship with 1 or more friends. Hope they are gonna fix that asap
-
1 pointIf i was aware there will be no online championship, I wouldn't bought this game. I play F1 games only for this mode, no career, no multi, only online championship with two buddies. We play different cars as balance of performance and now, in F1 2019 it's impossible except playing one race by one race and write the result of each race in Excel... Private league isn't a proper solution as it's impossible to have the realistic level of the cars. I'm very disapointed :'( I hope you will patch this because I won't play until that, and I definetely won't by next year game. Few years ago you remove the online career and now that... Codies you do all the wrong way! Not everyone play e-sport !
-
1 pointThis is ********. You cannot even set the AI higher than 100 in League Mode. Just give a back the damn online championship!
-
1 pointThis a serious issue. Please add option to choose realistic car performance in a league Codemasters.
-
1 pointAnd for me the biggest complain is that you only can have equal cars in a league. You can choose F1 2019 cars if you set the league to private but you can't choose realistic car performance. Codemasters PLEASE change this!
-
1 pointWell, the problem with what you said in the first paragraph was because licensing, yes, we all know it (those problems apparently were just with 2017+ cars and stages of current WRC events). But then again, every WRC class car was up for modding in DiRT Rally and DiRT 4, and I don't see the WRC going against those of us who created liveries for those games, nor against rally cars mods made by the community, which is what we are talking about here. Look at it this way, the FOM is very itchy about who and how uses F1 footage, present or not, but they don't go deleting every F1 related mod out there. So IMHO bringing the WRC licensing issues up here doesn't make much sense (even less when some of the DLC cars aren't WRC class cars). As for your last paragraph, well, people here have brought up other solutions to make everyone happy, like releasing a template and letting us use the folder method, like others companies do, which is what I was talking about in the first place. I can fully understand the reasons behind locking the full files of the cars though.

1 pointFound a fix for this on PC today: Go to your my documents folder Go into saved games/ my games folder Find dirt rally 2.0 folder go into hardwaresettings with notepad or other text editor, open up hardware_settings_config.xml Find and then replace this value: <hdr level="1.0" /> with <hdr level="0.1" /> Credit to G3tright1337 on RaceDepartment
