1 pointVersion: 1.04 Platform: Playstation 4, Xbox and PC Mode: Ranked Online (5 laps and 25% distance) Whenever I'm playing online ranked mode, I'm getting way too low amount of skill points when I win. I know it depends on amount of players in lobby, but for example, in 10 player lobby, when I finish 4, I'm getting like 10 points max. And what's worse, it doesn't matter if I drive 5 laps or 25% distance. But now the worst part. If you place somewhere in the back, game takes way too much points from you. Once I was driving on 1sf position and I've got error... I lost about 300 skill points. This is ridiculous and not even my fault. TL:DR: We lose way too much skill points for stuff like being rammed, destroyed or even from game errors and we are earning way too low. Stuff like this shouldn't even happen... Going for the achievement Pure Gold itself is pain in the ass. At least give us ability to improve skill rating in unranked matches while playing with our friends. Sorry to say this, but the game is once again broken in online mode at the start. Year after year the same thing happens over and over again. I think, like the rest of us, that it's time to do something with this finally. We came up with few solutions (with forums help of course) that can help us and dev team to decide what to do with this problem: - Significantly increase rewarding points and lower the negative ones. We are being punished way too hard right now. Points are also really slowing down when around 1800 points. We are winning like couple of points (if we are lucky) and losing tons of them (when not lucky). - Positive points for more places than just above 50%. Sometimes we even get negative points for placing much higher than half of the grid and we're still getting negative points. It's really depressing to when you're being punished for your hard work. - Completely remove negative points for being destroyed, disconnections and game errors. It's not our fault, so we shouldn't be punished for such an accidents. No points won't hurt anybody and we can at least play and have fun without being worried that someone will ram us to the wall. - Give us ability to increase Skill Rating in Unranked races. We can play with friends and that way increase skill and than be matched with other players that know how to race. I'm mean, for real, nobody would mind that, right? - Lower requirements for the "Pure Gold" trophy/achievement. It's kinda linked to above points but it doesn't hurt to mention it. Right now it's really very unfair achievement. - I know this is not related strictly to the skill rating system, but please improve penalty system. It needs drastic updates, because right now there literally no penalty system at all. People can do whatever they want and there's no punishment. PS. Please, if you really want this problem to be fixed, spread the word and share link to this topic whenever you need. The more people will give their voice the more chances it will be fixed.

1 pointThe war cry when I leave home without him lol. Excuse the ugly ass wall at what was my parents house, currently in the process of having the whole house redecorated. 32DCB19D-582C-4C3D-975E-34C5FD7E452E.MOV

1 pointIt would be so fun. Thankfully my dads dementia isn’t too bad yet, he just doesn’t do stuff like have a shower or change his clothes unless I remind him to lol, but he still knows who I am and stuff like that.

1 pointReal. This new livery may have already been planned before you asked. Also, I wouldn’t be surprised if your livery mightn’t make it because of the WRC connection, since we don’t have the WRC license. No. 1. I haven’t seen patch notes yet. 2. I don’t know the plans for this but I can relay the feedback. 3. It was briefly live on Tuesday, but was causing site errors. Probably early next week. 4. No to multi-class. Unknown on one-make. 5. Thanks for the suggestion 🙂

1 pointI would like to see such damage model in future 'DiRT' games. 🤣

1 pointWe need more bespoke liveries in general, fictional or not. The ones using custom liveries are just not working for me at all ascetically.

1 pointThis a serious issue. Please add option to choose realistic car performance in a league Codemasters.

1 point@AScott Have you seen Lando Norris streaming the game? The first thing he did was turn off the halo, and talked about how in real life you don't see it. He said you see right through it because it's so close and you have two eyes, like how you see your own nose. If an F1 driver says that there's no point arguing.

1 pointCockpit user here... I just turn off the pillar and go about my day. Making it transparent is just a more convoluted way of deleting the pillar, so what's the point?

1 pointthis would be amazing, but definitely something we'd have to hope for in their next rally game.

1 pointI'm actually more interested in an extra 2 long stages per rally DLC gradual release more than ever. This is where WRC8 wins only. Seeing the Monte Carlo stages near the base with the houses was refreshing and we sure as hell could have that in DR2.0. It doesn't matter if Codemasters dont actually take a team to the field, just use satellite data and model stuff similarly. This will sell like cupcakes, and will make a bigger profit rather than jump into DR3 development with a hurdle of costs again.

1 pointI'd definitely pay for Season 3, and also a Season 4 although that seems unlikely. As for content, I'd say Greece and Finland rallies as a minimum. I've been playing a fair bit of Rallycross recently so for completists sake I'd like to see the last two tracks from the 2018 season. As for extra stuff, I'd love to see at least one other long stage for each rally, although given the DLC rally tracks are literally just what was in Dirt Rally I won't be holding my breath. Dynamic weather would be nice too.

1 pointI'd be very wary of using that as a guide to the quantity of content. We now know that "1.7" doesn't necessarily mean two different locations (some were guessing RX circuits would be released in pairs). So two 1.7s and two 1.10s may be a single location. May be, for example, that there are 7 remaining locations planned; 4x RX and 3x Rally (Wales, Finland, Greece). Of course, they may not be released at all, but just planned for originally.

1 point@elrojodp8 As far as I know Codemasters licensed those two cars individually by reaching VW and Ford, but even then they almost got in trouble with that, because they were representing the WRC too accurately while Bigben (or was it Milestone at the time) had the rights to the WRC game. The legal blabering got so ridiculous that they even got accused of using the "real" rally tracks. This whole licensing exclusivity is just a big lump of bull, as companies should be able to reach each individual manufacturer and driver and do the best game they can. Other studios should just compete with each other in order to make the best game. If you set exclusivity patterns, everyone loses.

1 pointMy wishes : - Season 3 : Greece + China + 4 kit cars + 2 WRC cars + last official WRX track - Season 4 : Safari rally Kenya coming with 4 long specials + Finland + more H1 and H2 cars - Season 5 : one extra long track for every rally location (except Kenya) + amateur rally cars like 106, Saxo, Clio... Than, after this, in 2021, a new Dirt Rally running on an all new next generation engine, with longer tracks and rally-raid included.

1 pointI will say that I will certainly but any rally content that comes out in future, but probably will buy piecemeal if the ‘seasons’ are mixed with RX content. As for what I hope to see, any additions to the R5 class would be great (e.g. Hyundai i20, Proton Iriz) and I’d love some more H2 RWDs (e.g. Lancia Stra... I mean Peugeot 504 or Datsun 160J). If we’re getting early 2000s cars then I’d prefer to see the Lancer Evo VI join those and an earlier one added in its place. But most of all, I’ve been surprised by just how much I’ve enjoyed the RGT class and would love to see some additions to this, be it the Abarth 124 or new Cayman or some other semi-fictional ones like a BMW M4 or a Lotus Exige. But most of all, I’d love to see Finland and Greece back. It’s a shame that we have 4 DR1 locations but Finland has not yet been one of them, as that’s those are the stages that we’re most let down by DR1’s floaty physics IMO. I’d take these before any ‘new’ stages.

0 points@Snoopy43 and good pace note too because the pace note in DR2.0 is really bad
