4 pointsrandom wipers was even in DR1. TBH I don't understand why CM don't want do disable it when wipers key is mapped. It's a matter of single IF in a code.

3 pointsAs hard as fix a bug known two years ago . For me this is not a game breaker bug, I'm just becoming a little bit tired to have the same bugs from dirt4 (bad lighting, wipers, stage times, etc...) plus some new ones (sound cuts, setups load, non working tire wear, etc...)

2 pointsHere's a brilliant short clip of how the real life Red Backlight (Rainlight) blinking rate is in wet weather conditions. During corners the blinking rate slows down and on straights and or at faster speeds the blinking rate increases dramatically. In F1 2019 the game however this is not represented correctly, as ingame the blinking rate is at a slower rate throughout the whole lap and stays that way in all situations. Especially in heavy rain conditions we need a more realistic blinking rate for the Red Backlight (Rainlight) at the rear of the cars to improve spacial awareness and visibility to the opponents cars in front. Please fix this. @RedDevilKT @Hoo @BarryBL

2 pointsoh dear.... wiper bug and "ultra-shinning" road surface still present (had somebody ever seen a dusty dry gravel surface reflecting light as a mirror do?).

2 pointsAnd if anyone wondered, Oculus users are still locked out of the World Series. No M2 for us.

2 pointsCodemasters, will this be fixed or not? It's totally breaking immersion and makes driving in wet weather conditions repellent. Please fix it. Transparency = 0.

1 pointheat haze is a distorsion effect.... not a light reflection. I'm not a hater, I really love this game but there are some bugs still unfixed since dirt4.

1 pointFeral Interactive! They are well known in the Linux community as one of the best (if not the best) companies that port others' games to Linux 🙂 Some of their work include F1 2015, F1 2017, HiTMAN, DiRT 4, GRID: Autosport, Company of Heroes 2, TOTAL WAR games and so on.

1 pointReally late here, but yes I have Gamepass for PC and only paid £1 for 12 months due to a deal they had if you already had gamepass for Xbox. Onto another subject, Codemasters or whoever did the port did a fantastic job porting Autosport to Switch, it looks phenomenal for the platform and even has a 60fps mode.

1 pointSure, but the settings are mostly the same as already discussed in this thread. CPU i9 / GPU 2080ti / HMD Valve Index with 2 x lighthouses DirtFix 1.1 installed (I want to get rid of the HID USB stutter without this plug in and out of my DS4 controller routine) SteamVR Setting Video 100%, per app for DR 2 150% Nvidia driver: Anisotropic 16x Basic graphics: Multisampling off, Anisotropic off / mirror screen 1280x720 windowed (I don't need it, because the mirror is to small and can't be used to dial in the settings -> only active if HMD on your head REALLY? I would like it if it was in DR 1) Custom advanced settings based on Medium: Shader high, Texture high, Weather high, Crowd low, Cloth high, Mirrors low, Vehicle details high, Ground cover low, God rays replay, Chromatic abb. replay, Bloom off, Lens dust off VR comfort: Motion blur off As written above my biggest issue is the moving world. If I move the head slowly the world stays stable, but I move my head faster (left - right or up - down) the world is moving with my head movement. This is so weird, and it makes me feel motion sick and it's a real problem.

1 pointIn fact there is a rule that we ignore in rally which is: 66.3 BANNED TESTING For Manufacturers registered in the WRC Championship, testing (as defined in Art. 2.23) is banned: 66.3.1 In the country of any World Rally Championship round from the start of reconnaissance until the end of the rally. 66.3.2 On any road which is used as a special stage of any current Championship rally. ———————- So how many times WC competitors test the stage before the entry? once this rule is ignored and the players are able to test the stages before the event, then what we are expecting? A fair racing or even a rally racing? I don’t think so... so yeah you are right the rally rules will never rescue us in this situation.

1 pointI'm also experiencing USB-polling issue in couple of seconds intervals. It is not only related to VR, as I read about it soon after DR2.0 was released and somebody mentioned that it was enough for him to open the Device Manager in Windows for the polling state to clear up. Lo and behold that actually worked for me too. It does not even have to be left open; opening up and closing it once fixes the issue for me until the next reboot. SteamVR developer FPS graph shows the spikes very well when you are driving a stage and they clear up immediately the device manager has been opened. (Disable fullscreen for this as otherwise it loads all assets and drops into low resolution mode.) In the menus it cannot be seen so clearly as the motion smoothing and reprojection jumps in all the time for some reason but it is there too... My system specs with all plugged in USB devices are: My previous HW combination that had the same issue with DR2.0: So as can be seen here, in my case at least following components didn't seem to have effect on it: CPU, motherboard, virtual HMD, shifter. What is left from the old combo are: display adapter, wheel, joystick, keyboard and mouse. And of course my Windows 10 installation; there was not need to reinstall it after changing the components. Notable is that while opening up and closing the Device Manager cures the issue, should I later unplug and replug the wheel again, the issue is triggered again too. The game does not need to be running for this to happen, so basically it should be unaware of the unplugging of the wheel. From this one could deduce that the issue itself might be in Windows (or more specifically a bug in some API it offers for this), but it is just more visible in DR2.0 because it polls for the USB-devices so frequently. I assume the polling triggers an IRQ (interrupt request) that halts everything for a brief time. Also it may be of note that high end nVidia display adapter models have had USB-C hub in them for some time now, and it could be that the full polling cycle for devices could cause hiccups all the way to display adapter too, should the IRQ not touch it otherwise already. (I just had issues with bad driver installation of RTX-2080ti's builtin audio adapter and it seemed to cause similar symptoms for the framerate in 3d modes. So display adapters doing stuff they didn't use to do can cause new tricky situations.) Edit: More testing... After starting my computer DasKeyboard, TH8A shifter and VKBsim Gladiator all unplugged I did not have the issue ongoing. After replugging them one by one in that order and starting the game in between the every change, the issue did not trigger. It also did not trigger after full power cycle with all devices plugged in anymore. The power cycle was done from the mains for couple of minutes because ASUS mobos have a builtin USB aware OS running in them and I wanted to rule that out too. It is possible that enumeration and initialization order of USB devices matter for this issue to triggerer in Windows. (Now I really think it is a problem in Windows or some device drivers, and that DR2.0 just happens to use a method for USB device polling that makes it more visible.) Final edit: I was able to rule out keyboard, shifter and joystick. Only wheel, mouse and the empty USB hubs of Valve Index and display adapter were left and the issue persisted until I unplugged the wheel. Why the issue cleared itself up in previous test I don't know. Maybe plugging in different USB devices in particular order may occasionally trigger something in Windows that cleans up the conflict. The absolutely very last edit: There is a fix for USB-enumeration based stuttering bug for all DIRT games, and it fixed my issue too. See: https://github.com/simonowen/dirtfix

1 pointNot just time trials, it happens in any game mode, and only in Greece. PC Steam

1 pointCRITICAL amount of sound bug as of 1.8 rolled out. In between 7 stages I had 6 (six) sound cut off. Workaround (far from ideal doing this mid race/stage): alt tab out of the game and switch windows sound settings like turning on windows sonic and then off or switch around sound output ports and back. If you complete a stage with the sound cut off the next one comes out normally, so as of it is known is a software bug. Storefront: STEAM MotherBoard: MSI Soundcard: onboard Realtek (NEVER in any other application this issue was or is present) GPU: Asus gtx 1060 6gb CPU: i5 4590 3.7ghz (not oc) RAM: 8gb This bug is just ridiculous. Much love for you devs and community managers but man... come on on this one.

1 pointPlattform : PC / Steam Bug: When choosing the option the gearing-option "manual w/clutch or sequenzial" some cars are related wrong. For example the Renault 5 Turbo is related to sequenzial but it has manual shifter. Or with the 2005er Mitsubishi its vice versa.

1 pointBUG: Gear indicator on dash not readable at Greece. The (red led) Gear indicator that is on the dash on the cockpit camera view is not readable on the Greece stages. I initially thought it was gone (black) but on some vehicles I can just barely see it. It is very, very dim. Those of us who do not use the HUD rely on this indicator. Especially on Manual Sequential gear selection cars. This seems to be only a problem on the Greece stages. I have not confirmed if it is a problem on any RX stages, only Rally. I have included photos of the Citroen C4 and MINI Cooper S as examples. It is this way with most cars that use the Red gear indicator. 1 point• PC, Steam user. • Windows 7 professional 64 bit, Intel Core i5-3450 3.10 GHz, 12 GB RAM, Nvidia GeForce GTX 1060 3GB. • Deluxe user. • OSW Simucube (steering wheel), Fanatec CSS SQ 1.5 (Shifter), BU0836-LC Interface (Pedals), BU0836A Interface (Handbrake). Bug / Issue: DS21 motor sound Sound engine of DS21 is much higher than all other cars, and as a result it is hard to hear the co-driver voice. Is it possible to lower it?

1 pointHere's a video of how the ingame blinking rate of the Red Backlight is being shown by CM during wet weather conditions, basically it is the same rate throughout the whole lap, which is wrong if compared to irl footages: 20190802_104029.mp4

0 pointsIs it really that hard to push button for 1.5 seconds to switch off the wipers? I do it everytime and I see no problem with it.
