It's true.. This track especially needs a lot of practice time. Needs to be fun though. Just go to TT, put your favorite playlist on and drive around slowly, learning the most efficient lines first before speeding them up. If you are tense you will crash. So just keep lapping slow and smooth until muscle memory starts to make it feel more natural then start speeding up gradually until you find your pace. Some people like myself are never gonna be fast fast round there but at least you should be having fun without worrying about crashing.
It is a shame. @RedDevilKT are you aware of this issue? As a cockpit cam player, it is so frustrating seeing these low quality textures up close. Please fix this.
Keep dreaming everyone. This series is stuck in the same old loop. Release in the summer, patch hard but same bugs keep occurring. Support will end soon. Then about April it’ll begin to hype again with talk of the next version.
Yes great ideas but Codies are stuck with what they can fox and implement. They’re fixing the same things each year with patches. It’s not implementing new things. They do not have the time or resources to produce a well polished game.
Practice mate! Nothing comes easy in F1, especially Monaco. Do lap after lap in Time Trials, starting really slow, then buidling up speed as you go. Practice, Practice, Practice!
If they won't open the cars for modding they could at least release some half decent liveries as official content. Focus 2007 is just sad as it is.
What's with all these plain skin with only a few decals and Dirt 4 livery generator stuff anyway? In Dirt Rally 1 most cars had several good looking fantasy liveries, what happened to that?
Nothing new here? I've just bought an Oculus and want to buy the Season 3 & 4 DLC to go along with the latest update but I just can't stand the liveries included. Please fix this guys!
Floating rearview mirror in the Lancia Fulvia. This is in Spain, with damage to the front area to the car.

In 1.8 we added a preset for Steam VR Mode so that you can have different preset graphics options to when you play in 2D Mode.
Let’s say in 2D Mode you have Crowds set to Ultra and that when you play in Steam VR Mode your PC can’t get a good enough frame rate with Crowds set to Ultra.
By having a different preset, you can launch the game with Crowds set to something lower when you’re playing in Steam VR Mode, and not have to change the settings every time you switch between 2D and Steam VR Modes.
In 1.9 Oculus VR Mode will use the same presets as 2D Mode.
In 1.10 Oculus VR Mode will use the same presets as Steam VR Mode.
Oculus SDK as a whole came in rather late into the 1.9 timeline, and this final item didn’t make the submission deadline, but it’s coming in 1.10 🙂
In short, between 1.9 and 1.10 you’ll have to manually set your graphics options when switching between Oculus VR Mode and 2D Mode. After 1.10, you should in theory only have to do it once.
Indeed. You are all dreamers.
Think of all the requested features asked from several years (full manual pit stops for example) without taking into account the repetitive bugs and new ones introduced every year.
Historic tracks (Estoril, Imola, Nurburgring, Autodromo Juan y Oscar Galvez, Old Hockenheim, Old Monza, Fuji etc.), special helmet designs like in F1 2018, more than three color options in helmet customisaton, full historic F1 season
