2 pointsThere you go with the daily test in Finland :) (This time i've used a little bit of color correction for the Lancia screenshot)

2 pointsI disagree, I'd say WRC5 was the worst. 7 at least had interesting stages. As for WRC8 vs DR2.0, it really is up to one's taste. Some days I feel like cruising in Renault Alpine or drifting like crazy in 911 R-GT so I play DR2. But when I want the intense modern rally action, I put on WRC8. It's really good after proper ffb tweaking. In some aspects it's even more realistic than DR2, eg. tarmac handling or damage system. 30 fps doesn't bother me, I always remind people of SLRE which was awesome and also 30 fps. No need to hate on any of the two games. DR2 for historic rally and gravel, WRC8 for modern rally and tarmac, that's how I see it. Let's just be happy we have two really good rally games on the market.

1 point@Faya @RedDevilKT We need keyboard support on the Xbox version of F1 2019 so we can bind extra controls when playing with a wheel. Other Xbox games allow this. In fact the PS4 version of the game allows you to do this but you have not included it in the Xbox version Can this support be added in the next patch

1 pointThe more I play the new Grid the more I wished CM had just remastered the first Grid and Autosport. This game just seems uninspired especially compared to the efforts CM put into Dirt and F1 games. For me an easy fix to make it more enjoyable would be optional weather settings in ALL modes. I don't recall ever going to track and saying geez I'm so tired of all this good weather and really wish it would rain. So I don't get this fascination with bad weather in games. Fine if people want it but it should be optional. Custom championship mode. Have no desire to play all the different disciplines, collect badges, levels, etc.... I just want to race/drive and put in laps and it would be nice to be simply create a fully customized offline championship. Don't understand why companies are so against this simple request/option. Better AI. The main reason I don't play online is because of stupid idiot racers. So why would you think I'd be interesting racing the same offline. Good challenging smart fair AI never gets old. Dumb cheap AI gets old VERY quickly More tracks. My preference is for real world tracks but well designed original tracks are fine. Key word WELL DESIGNED. Single line tracks aren't fun to watch in real life and aren't fun to play. More team options and/or custom options. Understand licensing issues but you could do a lot with what you already have. Maybe people like it but I have no interesting in NASCAR type racing in a Grid game and would have preferred that effort spent focusing on more GT related content. Look at something like Project Cars were you have a bunch of teams for each brand for me all of these items are easy fixes. You have a back log of tracks from previous Grid games. adding a custom championship mode is easy as well as fully optional weather. Creating new teams for each brand shouldn't be too hard. right now I kind of regret purchasing the ultimate edition as pretty sure whatever content is going to be stuff I have no interest in. So the biggest thing I got out of the new Grid is remembering how much I enjoyed the original and Autosport. Because of that I've actually put in more hours playing those two again recently than the new game. After waiting so so long for a new Grid game the new one is very very disappointing

1 pointI think the speeds are fairly realistic. It's just us playing a video game and pushing a lot without fear of consequences. Sometimes I'm quite surprised when I send my car deep into outer space and the game tells me that I just hit a rock or a tree at 180kph, but that's actually what happens in real life. Rally drivers are nuts, pushing 160, 180 and sometimes 200kph on narrow roads. It's insane. What happens in reality is often a lot faster, more dangerous and insane than what we think should be implemented and represented somehow in games.

1 pointThis is a beautiful modded livery by @lindbergtommie! No editing, but a little crop.
-
1 pointwhen we get bored of the lack of content we will be going back to Autosport, it has pretty much everything you want in a multiplayer racer.

1 pointHi All, Thanks for the various bits of info. We've managed to see this issue in test and are now investigating this further. We'll let you know if we can make any progress with this issue. Hoo.
-
1 pointThe option realistic/hard core damage on the car should be buffed...and a lot... (at the current state you can survive a 120mph multiple roll crash and continue the rally...)

1 pointI'm gonna tell you what is counter-productive - to release an unfinished game and consider customers stupid enough to swollow it. With all respect!
-
1 point18 months to discuss matters / make decisions and then 6 months to get cracking with the game itself.
-
1 pointI appreciate your response Chris but in all honesty how long does it take for the team to decide yes we'll do something about it or no we won't/can't? I'm going to take it as a no. People are really annoyed to the point where some are unlikely to buy anymore Codemaster titles. CM have completely alienated a significant proportion of those of us who buy racing games for the multiplayer element. Many thanks for taking the issue to the team and your subsequent feedback.

1 pointYou forgot to mention Racenet, which is literally crippling the majority of DR 2.0s main design. For a company whose networth is ridiculously high, Racenet is down multiple times a week.
-
1 pointthe problem on DR 2.0 - tarmac problem , the tarmac need more inertia physics because the slide and drift is bad and the car stop very fast after for slide and drift ) tarmac info because need more info for bump and jump and road broken by the time tyre strategie is very bad , soft and medium should degrade more faster wet tyre better than medium tyre on dry tarmac is not normal wet tyre more gripy on wet road than dry road is not normal too -pace note on dirt rally 2.0 is bad -dirt rally 2.0 not have dynamyc weather ( maybe is coming for next dirt because is on f1 games )

1 pointguys, a titles will be released with **** quality as long as you buy it. So if you buy for sentiment to wrc regardless a title quality, you can blame noone but yourself. it applies not only for wrc8. DR2 has been released as unfinished having crucial issues after 9 months. Because we are happy to buy unfinished games, publishers will publish them, cause it's financially convenient. as simply as this
-
1 pointTried wrc8, washed out graphics, twitchy controls, 30fps, stil robot co driver, the most demanding crew ever, same engine sound from all the cars. Yeah a real winner

1 pointCopied from v1.8's thread: Please fix or provide an option to reduce the extreme image contrast, resulting in almost constant over-exposure in cockpit and extreme scene brightness fluctuations. To reproduce: get in any car, any stage in Sweden with heavy snow weather, lean forward against the windshield then back, notice the huge brightness change and how, when sitting back, the outside is way too bright (over-exposed). Sweden under heavy snow is simply unplayable in VR, I barely see anything past a few meters, I had to halt my career because of this.

1 pointYou honestly have to laugh. Let’s say traction control (illegal in F1) and ABS (illegal in F1) are active... wouldn’t it be about 99% less likely the tires are even losing grip in the first place??? know it’s really, really hard to make these games for the masses. But jeez.
-
1 pointI remember that discussion... As disgusted now as I was then.. You just reminded me!
-
1 pointOnly with TC and ABS assists turned on. We had a pretty big discussion about this when the game first came out. Then one of the devs came on and confirmed the pedals only vibrate with the assists turned on and it was a choice they made.
