Finland has a terrible looking fog effect in daytime. Daytime/clear is bad enough and daytime/overcast is even worse. As someone who lives in Finland I can tell you this is not realistic at all in those conditions, and it looks awful. The fog needs to be removed. After that some more weather options for Finland wouldn't hurt Clear daytime should look like this. Notice how there is no fog at all, landscape is crystal clear even at long distance whereas in the game it's foggy only a short distance from your car Or like these fake promo images. How about making the real game look like that as well Overcast daytime should look something like this. Again no fog at all What platform you're playing on (for PC also state Steam, Microsoft or Oculus): Steam What your PC setup/build is like (graphics card, processor etc.): 1230v3, GTX 1070, 16gb ram, SSD, Windows 10, SB Z If you're playing on PC, state whether you're in 2D or VR: 2D. 2560x1440 resolution Whether or not you have any non-standard peripherals connected, like steering wheels, gaming mice etc: Logitech G920 steering wheel+shifter

Windshield wipers constantly go on for no reason, whether they are automatic or not. This happens with all cars (except crosskart) and all locations. They periodically do a single swipe. Surely when you have windshield wipers on manual you should have full control over them? It's not the case at the moment. It would be very interesting some more asphalt scenario. There is very little in the game. The corsica rally is a WRC classic. It would be a very good option.

That's great man! Exactly my opinion! Please Codemasters, think about it ...... so many people would be happy.

There are many assisted players in the top 1000 of every leaderboard as the following post stated... Indeed, i totally agree, Assists should only be there to help people who just started playing the game recently or have difficulties driving or don't have any time to practice, in these very specific cases people should have a easy time, no debating that, but they should also accept to be slower than No Assists, they should actively try to become better drivers eventually and strive for No Assists driving as in reality F1 has banned all Assists over a decade ago, imo the "official game" should represent this aspect of this sport accurately. Sadly, in F1 2019, Assists are too close to No Assists; Assists, depending on what combination of Assists you are running, are only around 0 - 9 tenths per lap slower than No Assists, if Autobraking is deactivated of course, meaning: This is not enough! Assists being 1 - 2,5 seconds slower per lap would be more appropriate and force us all to do our best. In all seriousness: -Rookies and even Scrubs who only started playing the game or don't have enough time to practice wouldn't bother if their Assists got nerfed (they'd probably have to readjust difficulty). -The average players that do some fun leagues where every Assist is allowed wouldn't bother if their Assists got nerfed (they'd all be relatively close to each other anyways, unless someone in that group decides to run No Assists of course). -Only those that use the Assists as "cheats" to compete and gain a massive advantage in consistency would complain if their Assists got nerfed (these type of people usually are highly skilled drivers who refuse to run No Assists even though they are easily able to do so). Imo, it would be a win-win situation for all that want more realism, if No Assists became the popular way of driving. #MakeF1GamesGreatAgain

Team orders. If it's impossible to program the AI to "think" on the fly if your teammate should let you pass, then they could rework teams order into the "contract" section of your career and let you activate it with the radio. Some of the current contract perks are stupid, like the pit stop speed or reduced development weeks, so what? the engineers are being slow on purpose? that makes no sense. Maybe they could replace those perks with teammate perks, one for when you are ahead of him ("no action", "slow down cars behind", "aggressively attack cars ahead") and one for when you're behind him ("no action", "let you pass if ahead in championship", "let you pass if faster/fresh tyres", "let you pass always")....then in the race you activate that perk with the radio option. Those same perks would work backwards while you're the 2nd driver. The "cheaper" perk would be "let teammate pass always" and the most expensive "no action"

I realized i have another issue from my last season, it's also regarding AI but not drivers this time but team chief's. i was fighting for the title with Verstappen, it was really great, we were very close in championship table after every weekend, till the ending phase of the season, when Max started to receive grid penalties before EVERY race! It's very strange and unnatural, while in real life the team would change all needed components before just one race to start from the back just once and have fresh car and no penalties to fight to the end for the title. As the result i have won the title but I wasn't really satisfied while i know in real life it would'nt be that easy. Hope You get my point. This game is great, but obviously can be much better.

Try Real Racing 3! They have a new F1 format and with careful use of their racing credits (using the daily race with the basic car on loan) you can climb up the tiers without spending cash. The racing is brilliant!! So far they have five circuits with Abu Dhabi currently, but it's light years ahead of Codies circuit. The racing is "real racing" without AI killer cars, you can break late, cut inside an opponent and not get a penalty for cutting the corner slightly. I'm declaring a mutiny!!! Abandon F1 Mobile. Show them we've had enough and that another team has a better F1 game.

@BarryBL When will there be a significant advantage for no assists driver?

It's becoming monotonously repetitive to be leading in a Sprint or Grid Start and despite driving safely and having a commanding lead over your opponent, you are rear ended on the last corner by a bot and shoved into a wall or the sand to finish 12th. Why do you program such behaviours that make me hate the game? I really hate it lately. At seasons end I have to seriously consider deleting it because the frustration simply isn't worth it.

Finland has a terrible looking fog effect all over it on daytime. It looks right a short distance from your car but at a distance it becomes an awful foggy mess. As a native Finn, I can tell you that is not how Finland looks like in dry daytime. Not at all. Those shots are Daytime / Clear / Dry Surface. Doesn't look very clear to me. Overcast is even worse: After fixing Daytime weather please add more weather options like rain. No rain at all in Finland is very odd, as someone who lives in Finland I can say it rains quite a lot in here What platform you're playing on: Steam What your PC setup/build is like (graphics card, processor etc.).: 1230v3, GTX 1070, 16gb ram, SSD, Sound Blaster Z, Windows 10 Whether you're a Standard or Deluxe user (doesn't apply to Oculus). : Super Deluxe Whether or not you have any non-standard peripherals connected, like steering wheels, gaming mice etc. : G920 steering wheel+shifter

What platform you're playing on. - Steam What your PC setup/build is like (if playing on Steam). - Dell XPS 15 9570. intel i7, 16GB RAM, Geforce GTX 1050Ti 4GB Whether you're a Standard or Deluxe user. - Standard Whether or not you have any non-standard peripherals connected, like steering wheels, gaming mice etc. -Nope in Sweden, the Ransbysater/Norraskoga route and its sprints put snow on the car, while the Hamra/Lysvik route and its sprints put a small amount of dirt (roughly equivalent to driving a tarmac stage in the wet). so if you're in a multi-stage event it is possible for your car to be all snowy, then you go to the next stage and it is covered in mud at the start (and vice versa). video and screenshots below. this has been the case since Sweden came out in April. it's really frustrating because it's my favourite location and it just does not look right half the time you're driving there.

Speaking of windshield wipers, in Porsche 911 SC RS they are wrong. They stop at about 45 degree angle instead of going all the way, leaving a large area unwiped in front of the driver. Not only unrealistic but it makes the car really difficult to drive in rain since you have to take left-hand corners half blind Here is a photo of the real car, you see they are level on the driver side. Codemasters, what are you doing? This gets reported time and time again, probably wouldn't be a very big task to add an option to disable it or at least turn it off when using the manual wipers setting, but yet for some reason this remains. You ask us to report issues, you claim that "DiRT Rally 2.0 is a title that is constantly evolving based on your feedback and how people play the game" but you don't fix windshield wipers despite umpteen requests and reports. What is going on?
