3 pointsHi @NellyFurtado, Welcome (back) to the forums! I was going to try to answer your Force India request, but I wouldn't know how to 'Say it Right'.
-
3 pointsHi @BestOenning79, As @smudger1982 added onto this thread, please see the post for the plans for the January update this is coming next. However, this is not our last patch on F1 2019 and we are continuing to support the game for longer than we have with previous titles.

2 pointsStill waiting. Will the next patch contain anything that improves this horrible foggy mess? The Grand Prix of Rallying deserves a lot better than this. Dirt Rally 2.0 Finland is a disgrace. Codemasters have not even properly acknowledged Finland being in a terrible state, let alone explained why it happened, apologised, or said they inted to fix it. How about taking some responsibility for your work like professionals do?

1 pointHey all, Alongside the usual tracking of your feedback regarding in-game content, I'm also keen to see what you'd like added to GRID! Whether it's modes, features, a new option in the menus, or a car/circuit, feel free to drop your suggestions into here, which I'll then collate and regularly run by the GRID team. Obviously no guarantees that the suggestions will turn into in-game additions, but stuff like this really helps us know where to focus our efforts for future GRID content. Thank you 🙂

1 pointhttps://youtu.be/mdH_-KKP7JE Having clear and good visibility seems to be a non issue in cockpit mode imho, the view isn't getting as obstructed as some make it out to be as you can still get all the visual information of your imminent surroundings without any trouble with a little flick of the right stick on your pad. Also a few teams are running their logos on the Halo itself, so cutting it out of the game or rather making it "iinvisible" seems to be a more bothersome procedure for Codemasters than some hoped for. "Tobi" and "VR" are essential to further improve the experience, but even in "2d" the view is pretty much alright. Overall, there isn't much to complain about in all honesty, other than the fact that some have got different opinions on it the Halo is decent and gets its job done the way its intended to. #EmbraceTheHalo ;)

1 pointHey all, Thanks for the survey feedback. A big part of the feedback we received was to communicate what we are doing and more often. So, please see below for the latest high-priority developments for F1 2019 and what the Development Team is currently working on. Keyboard Binding Support (XBOX)- Thread- We have a proposed solution in final stages of testing. This is due to be released in the next patch coming in January 2020. Safety Car. We have some tweaks which are planned to improve the deployment behaviour which are currently in test and hope to release in a future patch. League Improvements. Thanks everyone for the feedback on the new 2019 leagues feature. We are continuing to make improvements to this and are hoping to have some updates released in a future patch (Hopefully the January 2020 patch upcoming). Wheel vs Pad Abilities- Thread- We are currently investigating statistics within leaderboards across all platforms to track data and any circumstances where one peripheral has an advantage over another. Our current findings are that, over the course of a race season, the difference is minimal. If you have any extreme scenarios (track, game mode, huge difference in timings etc) that you would like for us to gather data for, please add it to the appropriate thread. Logitech G29 Rotary Dial Mapping Issue. We have a proposed solution in test at the moment. Pending confirmation of these test results, we are hoping to release this in the next upcoming patch. Please continue to use the correct and appropriate forum threads to discuss, give constructive feedback and provide evidence where possible. It is always being monitored and appreciated. Once we can accurately re-produce an issue, we can start putting in place the fixes (where possible) to issues and improve the overall game experience For some topics, especially for some that create the most discussion with everyone, an update can take some time as more people from Codemasters will usually be involved. Once I do have a note-worthy update on things, I will keep everyone updated with anything else that is high on our agenda or any progress on the above.

1 pointA short description of the problem: When hosting a private lobby, the car chosen for the current event will inherit livery colors from the car that was previously used for the same lobby. Livery pattern stays, but the colors are overwritten, seems to affect the lobby host only. Platform you’re on (PS4, Xbox One, PC, Steam): Steam Game Version (Shown on the Start screen in the bottom left hand corner): Latest HotHatch update Game Mode, including if it was Single Player or Multiplayer (Time Trial, Career, Grand Prix, Custom Game etc): Multiplayer, Private Lobby If in Multiplayer, how many players and how many AI?: 2 players in the private lobby + AI What happened in the lead-up to the problem? Remember: if a bug cannot be reproduced, it cannot be fixed. Open a private match, invite someone to the lobby, choose any car class, pick any car, that has a livery made by you. We'll be calling this car 'CAR A' Start and complete the event, after it finishes you'll be back in the lobby. Then, change the car class, your car will be changed with a default one for the new class, we'll be calling that car 'CAR B' CAR B will have a livery pattern that its supposed to have, but the livery colors will be inherited from CAR A. If the new class has multiple cars and you change to a different car and then go back to CAR B, the livery colors will update correctly. If the class has only one car, then there's no way to refresh the livery, and you'll be forced to use the 'broken' one. Not sure if both CAR A and CAR B need to have a player-made livery, for this bug to occur, as I paint all my cars and did not test this with default premade liveries. Pretty sure it only happens to lobby host, as my playing buddy never complained about this bug... or maybe he just didn't notice, or is not paining his cars by himself. Sometimes this bug does not even require 2 multiplayer events to occur, and you'll get it on your first multiplayer event - CAR A will then inherit the colors from a car that you last used in some single player event. Had this happen to me once, my multiplayer car livery color changed to the one I was using on my hothatch Mini that I raced in single player a day before... If you get an error message, the exact wording of the error message you're receiving: No error messages, obviously Any accessories you are using (wheel, pad, etc.): Using a gamepad If you have any videos or screenshots, please share them. If the video is long, please include a timestamp for when the issue appears: Didn't take any screenshots, but I can try today, if this is still not clear.

1 pointProblem is still on!! It`s because my thrustmaster T300 RS don`t work with F1 2019 on PS4??!! I can play with my analog joystick but not with my wheel!!?? latest firmware and updates helps nothing??!!! and all that when I host and try to play with my invited friends...??

1 point- Remove this scratches on cars in start of every race! (do it ASAP it destroys photos) - Add more tracks! (1 per season is not enough) - Add demo derby / drift mode - Add the possibility the players to chose sponsors on cars and select the kind of color they want (metalic, matte, glossy ect) - Add text chat in custom lobbies + kick vote system for everyone - Improve damage and collision system
-
1 pointDont worry there is for sure something left to fix in game. So i highly hope some updates will come. Im not talking about SC.... it talking about that the game is "working" finally

1 pointThat response is uncalled for. Despite the format it’s a genuine request and everybody is entitled to do so.
-
1 pointyeah but PJ said in codemasters blog, the info for new DLC coming this month , dlc RX is cool but only RX after is boring , so i wait the new info for rally
-
1 pointI want this demo derby madness shown in phto to come back in Grid 19! We want Detroit + Jupiter car as classic demolition derby mode and not skirmish

1 pointI used to be a pad racer but since last year i have a wheel (Playseat challenge with Thrustmaster T-GT with F1 add on rim) and i can never go back as pad racer. The race feeling and sensation i have now with a wheel is superb!! If you like pad, stay with that, but if you have some money to spend, a wheel would be the next best step up.

1 pointTo regularly and consistently compete at the highest level online (racing and leagues not necessarily TT) with this game you need the following : 1) Mid to high end wheel and pedal set (accurate FFB is crucial and multiple programmable buttons give you the edge dealing with ERS, fuel mapping and engineer comms) 2) Tcam view (cockpit is a severe handicap against everyone else) 3) TC Medium (abs off is a big advantage once you get used to it, TC gives you a massive consistency boost in long races) 4) Manual gear shifts. A no brainer, major advantage during both braking and acceleration. 5) Lots of practice (even if everyone cheats, the cheat with the most practice wins!) All these are my opinions only, feel free to comment and criticize!

1 pointI had that wheel also. It may sound stupid, but after you did connect your wheel on your Ps4, does it calibrate by turning around? Do you know that after that, you have to push on your wheel button (i had the F1 Add on rim and needed to push the Start button) that your Ps4 sees your wheel? Did you try that?
-
1 pointI would go one further than this Its much easier to compete with wheel users with a pad. I know they have run some 'in house' tests and decided times are about the same but its much harder to stay consistent on the wheel in comparison plus you kind of have to build upto your speed on a wheel (too me 3 or 4 weeks) where as on a pad you have a much quicker learning curve.

1 pointThe game is absolutely wonderful! And CM listen to the community.. Season 5 and 6 will be Rally.. Right @PJTierney?
-
1 pointI thought they just use it to collect the lap times for comparing in-game with friends but they probably use steam id for that, I haven't found any reason for it other than maybe, just maybe they looked at autosport early on and thought they would copy what was there but then had collective amnesia over what a multiplayer experience was.
-
1 pointI guess it comes down to how much you'll play it as to whether it's worth it. For me, I paid £55 for digital copy on release day but having put in well over 200 hours on the game (with no sign of slowing), so the value for money in comparison to other games i've purchased for much less but barely played (or even installed) is much higher. If any one else can show me where I can get such quality entertainment for 0.27p per hour and I will show you a liar. Haha

1 pointWell I was thinking of replying just because I spent every vacation in Wales during my childhood and toured there a lot on motorcycles so was interested to see which region you were in. Then I thought well I'm English born so I'd just disappoint you!

1 pointLeaderboards haven't changed, still made up of flashback times.... game is a joke/ just like this forum.... a waste of everyone's time. codemasters lol
-
1 pointIt's already possible to use a H-Shift pattern with cluch in the game, i used it and i don't need to restart the game for it to work.
