2 pointsAfter last week’s F1® 2020 Announcement, we are delighted to offer you the opportunity to join us for another year of our F1® Beta programme. We’ll be road-testing our handling additions and alterations, the new split-screen feature, as well as the online multiplayer section of F1® 2020, as we look to continue to improve key aspects of this year’s game. Applications for the F1® Beta Programme are now live, and will run until 06/05/2020, 23:59 BST. To sign up to the closed Beta, you will need to head to your profile page. To get there; click on your forum name in the top right corner of any forum page and select “Profile” from the drop down menu. When on your profile page, click “Edit Profile”. You should be able to find the Beta Sign up area after the Social Media section. Please confirm that you are applying for the correct Beta, read and fill everything out correctly and make sure you have access to the email address associated with your forum account.

2 points@BarryBL Ps4 Pro / F1 patch 1.22 I have the MFD completely "Off", so I can have as much of racescreen on my Tv. (Pic 1) I am using the Telemetry Data on my wheel with the MFD information (Pic 2) I have 4 MFD shortcuts buttons on my wheel, with ERS up/down and FUEL up/down (Pic 3) But when using the MFD shortcuts buttons, the MFD pop up on screen and this is really annoying and unwanted if I have MFD off (Pic 4) Can Codemasters please have a look at this? I am sure more racers find this annoying/unwanted when using Telemetry Data Pic 1: pic 2: Pic 3: Pic 4:

2 pointsGet rid of Australia... very sad they created a location called "Monaro"; albeit a real town... they could have made it "somewhere" in Western Australia, outside of PERTH! Keep NZ though... great stages. Bring in a rally like Cyprus or Turkey/Jordan. DO NOT make it a fast gravel rally, I want rocks flying in the front of the car, close to cricket ball size, even closer to bowling ball sized! Smash up the front windscreen if you're pushing too hard. Make it a SLOW rally like Greece/Cyprus use to be in real life. Solberg overheating in the Subaru! Corse would be great. Could i please, please say Tarmac Japan! Remeber CMR... with the Citroen Xsara on the front of the game? I loved Japan with the gutters on the edges of the road and rain 😄 Indonesia or Malaysia, where you have NO option of no rain. Light drizzle to torrential. But make it puddlely... I want a challenge with aquaplaning 😄 but also get those cars muddy. MUD What about those crazy rallies in Paraguay? You know, get the kit on the cars! See attached images.

2 pointsI can pass this on for consideration @TomAAA sure :)

2 pointsI personally feel that there is actually now very little to respond on topic here. Lando re-installed. In terms of 'answering the title', its been answered imo. However, to give a little insight into the MP experience for things like the VirtualGP, we run extensive test sessions in the build-up to the arranged race dates and times, stress testing our settings and players connectivity. From the feedback I have received, these have been a success when tested, and other external issues have occurred causing players to run into crashes and problems too. With the 2020 BETA now also being announced, a part of that will be working with the MP experience to improve it for all players of the game. I think the handling discussion is something that is not overly related to this post. However, with 2020, we have of course looked at our handling model and to improve it.

2 pointsHi @GioProductions, Seems realistic to me. I'll add it as a suggestion to developers for you 🙂

1 pointBest feeling in the world though is when one of those crazies is on the inside of you heading into the turn ready to shove you off to the outside, you brake, cut behind them, take the turn on the inside, and they go flying off into oblivion since they expected your car to be there to bounce back on their apex. Also, when they are spinning cars around in front of you, but they screw up and crash themselves. Speaking of which, when they are spinning the AI cars around, how do they keep their speed up? Assuming those with tons of Power (or handling?) are the ones typically spinning AI cars?

1 pointI always say more options is better than less options. It would take some work though as all the barriers and run off areas are designed for one way only. Otherwise cheats would have a field day 'accidentally' nudging you into a head on crash with a wall....

1 pointcomplaining, complaining, complaining, ... I can no longer hear how codemasters are partially crushed. disgusting! please be once satisfied! i am more than sure that codies will do their best! there is so much good and nice information in this interview. no, only the bad things are written and the good things are forgotten in this forum. what's wrong with lee mather giving an interview at redbull. red bull has a large environment and a long range.

1 pointNot for me. They've had them in other games and I didn't like any of them... they're often just horrible to drive because all the intended flow is gone.

1 pointNice photos @Godderis - think I'm in one of those! Ypres/Belgium would 100% be top of my wishlist, but TBH I don't mind if they don't introduce any new locations. In fact, I'd ideally save completely new countries for DLC and start with 8-10 of the locations from DR2, but done with an extra couple of stages for each. This means a) they don't get accused of selling old content in the same way if the DLC 'seasons' contain, say, 1 new and 1 updated location and b) we're not doing the same 20kms on a loop for 12 stages. Let's say, 8 locations: - New Zealand with Kauri or Matira (bit more open farmland, lessen the amount of time on the coastal stage) - USA with any 2 additional stages - Germany with some much requested Mosel Valley stages - Wales with Myherin or Gartheinog/Dyfi - Finland with a couple of more technical stages (and without the blasted fog!) - Scotland (again without fog) and the Griffin stage - Sweden with Rammen - Monte Carlo (call it France) with a more typical stage without a mountain pass and some small villages; I really enjoyed Curbans-Piegut the year I was there, for example *I picked these at semi-random, the locations we have in DR2 are all so well modelled - would be just as happy with a different selection I'd much rather something like this than lose the classic stages we already have in lieu of starting from scratch again personally.

1 pointFYI @FarmerCee, I passed on your community's suggestions to people within Codemasters, thanks for putting this together 🙂

1 pointDepends on how detailed the customization will be. If it is a bland copy & paste of the 2019 customization options, where we had to buy premade designs with either ingame or real life cash, with the only option to change 3 colors at a time, then i will surely pass and play normal career mode. But, if we do get a proper editor mode for customization, where we can fully design the cars livery, racing suits, gloves, helmet designs, shoes, team logo to the maximum extent ourselves, with the added bonus of official sponsors to choose from, then i would create a green Jaguar 2020 livery with the iconic HSBC logo on the car. Jaguar in the early 2000's was sexy!

1 pointI would love to play an overlord game that's more like the original and its sequel. Fellowship of evil was just put plainly awful and felt like a different game or a mobile game even. It lost the fun story and interesting areas as well as the character customization and minion controls. It never should have been that bad. If you make another one now would be the time before the next fable or a year or so after It so that you dont have to compete with it. Honestly the original is one of the most original games I've ever played and so fun, all you need to do is go back to that with a new game engine and you're golden it will sell.

1 pointNot good but thank you. Quite disappointing since I liked the Ferrari and McLaren from 1976. They have to do something to keep all the classic cars. Otherwise we won't get a game with every (or at least 95%) of the classic cars.

1 point***IMPORTANT INFORMATION FOR YOUR APPLICATION - PLEASE READ*** We have had reports that the gamertag question was unable to be edited. This has now been resolved. Please go back into your profile and BETA Access application form and update this when possible to be considered 2 of the checkbox questions require ONE answer only to be selected. Selecting more than this will void your application. Please ensure that your selections meet the criteria before closing to avoid disappointment. As a gentle reminder, it is on you to make sure your application is correct and accounted for. I don't mean to be harsh, but there won't be enough time in the day to check everyone profiles 😄😄 😄 If I do it for one, I'll have to consider doing it for all. Hope you understand I suggest possibly logging out of your account, logging back in and checking your information has saved as a general rule to make sure. Also, do note that replying 'Done' is not necessary. Assist to @UP100 on this one 😛

1 pointGday codemasters, Always loved the Overlord PC games, would love to see another game in the series. The other games out there these days that let you play the bad guy are always a let down. I would love to see a darker return of the Overlord series for number 3.

1 pointA short description of the problem: When hosting a private lobby, the car chosen for the current event will inherit livery colors from the car that was previously used for the same lobby. Livery pattern stays, but the colors are overwritten, seems to affect the lobby host only. Platform you’re on (PS4, Xbox One, PC, Steam): Steam Game Version (Shown on the Start screen in the bottom left hand corner): Latest HotHatch update Game Mode, including if it was Single Player or Multiplayer (Time Trial, Career, Grand Prix, Custom Game etc): Multiplayer, Private Lobby If in Multiplayer, how many players and how many AI?: 2 players in the private lobby + AI What happened in the lead-up to the problem? Remember: if a bug cannot be reproduced, it cannot be fixed. Open a private match, invite someone to the lobby, choose any car class, pick any car, that has a livery made by you. We'll be calling this car 'CAR A' Start and complete the event, after it finishes you'll be back in the lobby. Then, change the car class, your car will be changed with a default one for the new class, we'll be calling that car 'CAR B' CAR B will have a livery pattern that its supposed to have, but the livery colors will be inherited from CAR A. If the new class has multiple cars and you change to a different car and then go back to CAR B, the livery colors will update correctly. If the class has only one car, then there's no way to refresh the livery, and you'll be forced to use the 'broken' one. Not sure if both CAR A and CAR B need to have a player-made livery, for this bug to occur, as I paint all my cars and did not test this with default premade liveries. Pretty sure it only happens to lobby host, as my playing buddy never complained about this bug... or maybe he just didn't notice, or is not paining his cars by himself. Sometimes this bug does not even require 2 multiplayer events to occur, and you'll get it on your first multiplayer event - CAR A will then inherit the colors from a car that you last used in some single player event. Had this happen to me once, my multiplayer car livery color changed to the one I was using on my hothatch Mini that I raced in single player a day before... If you get an error message, the exact wording of the error message you're receiving: No error messages, obviously Any accessories you are using (wheel, pad, etc.): Using a gamepad If you have any videos or screenshots, please share them. If the video is long, please include a timestamp for when the issue appears: Didn't take any screenshots, but I can try today, if this is still not clear.

1 pointIt also happens on ps4. Right livery but wrong colors. Multiplayer. Controller.
