3 pointsI play it different ways; when racing with the wheel I use cockpit cam, but often I feel like playing it more casually on the couch with the pad and use T-cam. It's like two entirely different games and I enjoy both ways just as much to be honest.

1 pointSo, as some of you may or may not know I have two PC builds that I am using on the F1 series. One build is with an Nvidia GPU (6GB GTX1060). When playing in multiplayer sessions I am experiencing what I would like to describe as frame-rate issues but the frame rates do not drop. The gameplay does not stutter (often) or tear but playing is not as smooth an experience as with my AMD GPU (RX580 8GB - actually a flashed RX480). ALT-TAB in and out is ineffective. So, the questions I would like feedback on are; Do you have a G-SYNC compatible monitor (Yes/No)? How do you connect to your display (DP/HDMI/DVI/D-SUB)? What is the refresh rate of your screen (144+/120/100/75+/60)? V-SYNC (Yes/No)? Framelimiter (external tuner or use in-game option) (Yes/No)? Video mode (Fullscreen exclusive/Windowed (Fullscreen))? Desktop refresh rate (I'll leave this open to answer seeing as it does make a difference for me at least)? Nvidia Control Panel sync mode? The problem is not present in Offline mode, just multiplayer. But depending on answers, I may not need more questions (yet).

1 pointWith the addition of the "My Team" Career mode in singleplayer, allowing you to become the 11th team on the grid and allowing 22 cars to be racing together... my question/suggestion is.... Could 22 player races be done in multiplayer? Obviously this wouldn't really be possible if your using the proper F1 teams (McLaren, Renault, Ferrari etc etc) but if you were to set up a multiplayer lobby with the Multiplayer Cars (assuming that that feature will be remaining in 2020), could this allow the lobby to reach 22 racers/players + 2 spectators instead of the standard 20 + 2 spectators? Because it's not as if it really matters when it comes to teams, you just get assigned a team mate for the purpose of sharing a pit garage for pit stops and with the 11 teams in the "My Team" Career mode, there will already, in theory, be 11 pit garages and 22 starting positions allocated to each track. This is more me wondering and just thinking out loud.

1 pointHello everyone. A few days ago, I purchased Dirt Rall 2.0: GOTY on the sale, and I installed it. unfortunately, when I clicked play on steam, Steam told me: starting application, and the game said application running. Suddenly, the game just stops working, the tab for the game closes off, and the spot where it said that the game was running said nothing, and Dirt Rally 2.0 just stopped running. I really need help with this one. I have a gt 1030, intel i5 650, 8 GB ram, and a 265-watt power supply. I am currently running on windows server 2008 r2, and my GPU drivers are all up to date. I would greatly appreciate it if someone could help get this up and working. I would appreciate any help.

1 pointMy Thrustmaster TX Leather edition is not properly recognized. The Leather edition is the TX Wheel base with the TM 28 wheel. The game does come with a preset for the TM 28 wheel with Thrustmatter TX required. Expected result: When connecting TX wheel base the game should show Green A, Red B, Yellow Y, blue X for the interface Actual result: The game shows 9,10,3,5 on the interface reproduce: simply connect the TX wheel base and start the game Strangely the cheaper TMX does get recognized by the game as Xbox device The TX is like this: Especially frustrating is that ingame options say you are not allowed to keybind menu navigation. So my situation is that I know I should use red B for back. My TM 28 wheel shows red B at the top right (button 9). However the ingame settings uses button 4 which is printed on the wheel as the xbox switch window button (!). Specs: TX wheel base (not working xbox UI): https://support.thrustmaster.com/en/product/txracingwheelleather-en/ TMX wheel base (working xbox UI): https://support.thrustmaster.com/en/product/tmxforcefeedback-en/ DxDiag.txt hardwaresettings.zip

1 point@EXPERTYOYO973 you need to post the crash dumps and a dxdiag please. Last chance, English please or no help. It's that simple. @zon1bzh I understand what you are trying to do, but it is not helping the readability of the thread.

1 pointSame problem here and it's really shame it doesn't work like that. It would be expected for RaceNet to be main source of multiplayer content and destined to connect friends across all platforms. I play from steam and I can see friends from PS4 on global leaderboards of challenges but not in "friends" filter. The same goes with clubs. I have PS4 friends connected through RaceNet and we are in club. So leaderboards of club-events show them on "global" filter but not on "friends" filtering. That would be huge improvement of crossplatform multiplayer experience and fun to compare results with one click.

1 pointNone what a stupid idea give us a real F1 simulation not this type of gadget for kids...
-
1 pointExactly what I was thinking. Could also make the classic cars from years with bigger grids more realistic.

1 pointI really wanted that slipstream on the opening laps 😁 Didn't even notice I was almost in the gravel!

1 point@serdarcoban the bug reporting template is in green at the top of the page. Okay, I find it difficult to recommend anything else here. Player B and C are on 'strict' NAT types, and A is on 'moderate'. Twinned with the more unstable wireless connection, I'm not surprised that you are running into issues. As tested by our league, wired connection is vital to stable multiplayer gameplay. Try to move to wired connections and 100% consider changing your NAT type to Type 1 (or at least Player C to type 2) to get moving.

1 pointI should also add how random and stupid the lap invalidation in time trials is at Britain Short in turn number 5. Fix that. If you go wider it will allow it but if you take a tighter turn it invalidates it. Even if you don't cut the corner. Both lines are legal and proper yet the tighter line gets invalidated. It makes no sense. I urge you reading this to go try it and you'll see how stupid and frustrating it is.

1 pointLack of grip. Too slippery. Not realistic for real F1 cars. F1 2019 is my first F1 experience and after using the Lotus 125 stage 1 in Assetto Corsa on the Nordschleife, I can say the grip in Assetto corsa is how it should be. Handling is on point and you don't get that drifting sensation in corners. It's a friggin F1 car lol, we can see the tires. They don't act like that in real life. They grip.

1 pointdamage physics or physics in general.

1 pointThe more the merrier! Sounds great to me to have the option to use those 2 spectator slots for extra grid space.

1 pointAs long as there is no "yo yo my wizzle fo shizzle yo gangsta yo x gaemz Ken Tardo Block yo yo" nonsense, I'm fine.

1 pointCodemasters please increase the rainspray density in the game. At the moment the rainspray in the game at heavy rain conditions behaves as if it is a drying track after light rain conditions in real life. Whereas light rain conditions in the game have almost no rainspray at all, which is totally unrealistic and breaks immersion. We need a increase of at least another 50% to make the rainspray longer, wider and more dense. If this lack of rainspray density is a technical issue in terms of hardware limitation for consoles, tell us about it. If this lack of rainspray density is intentional to not spook off the casual audience, tell us about it. If you simply don't want to change it, tell us about it. It's been years and years where we did not get a response on why this never was improved. Transparency = 0.
