lee mather has said it takes 1 year of man power to make a new track from scratch so any tracks they dont already have a model of wont be added at a later date, if we get a race at germany this could be added but for example mugello or imola wont be added if you think it isnt good enough then you are just being unreasonable tbh

If a real F1 driver thinks the handling is very good, no matter what CM can say, no?

Four categories is not enough. They should have a ratings system like on the Fifa games, where there are several categories and then sub-categories within them. Hopefully it will be better for next year's game.

All the big youtubers for this game play in pod cam, I wouldn't get your hopes up on codemasters F1 going the full sim route any time ever.

I'm hoping we have a Featured Event this coming week but besides that, my request is to not have a France GP Weekly Event in the coming weeks. We had one in early April with MP cars. I'd like to see Britain or Brazil, I'll even take Japan. Please take into consideration that France was done less than 3 months ago. You may already know this and have no intention of doing France, if so disregard this message. It would be nice to see a track we haven't had in the last 3 months. I think given the current F1 Climate, the order of the actual races shouldn't be paramount.

I don’t think it will as Lee Mather has confirmed that previously as it’s taken a lot of time to get Zandvoort and Hanoi in the game. This would then impact the ability for game fixes to be picked up quickly should they be needed

They have been working on the game for nearly 2 years with no knowledge of coronavirus happening so couldn’t predict the changes. Also the F2 update will be included regardless as it is licensed.

Disabling the Steam Overlay is not a fix. It is a troubleshooting test. But it applied to an old build of the game with a specific Nvidia driver. Can you edit your first post? Posting the EGO dumper text is not useful, but the crashdump will be, so upload the zip file instead.

June, 2020. Xbox One X. This issue is still happening every single day. I'm at this moment stuck in starting grid with 15 others.

In three different races it gets stuck on the waiting screen before lights out. Only one player takes off but everyone else can't move.

Disable Steam Overlay is not a fix - it was an old issue with early builds of the game and specific Nvidia drivers. DX11 is not a fix either, it's highly likely that whatever doesn't work or causes a crash in DX12 will be the same in DX11. Anyway, I suggest you post your crashdump and dxdiag here too.

No way that they will do that! (Having suppliers like audi and porsche) The reason is simple: license issues. Codies just cannot pick whatever suppliers they like. First off, the license they have only grant them to use the official teams and drivers (and maybe some made up ones as well). If they would take Audi, Toyota and so on onboard, it would be impossible to make all parties agree with that. First off, Audi, Toyota would have to agree, and why would they? They're not in F1 at the moment and it would only enlarge the fact that they aren't present in F1 at the moment. Bad pr. Second, why would a team like Mercedes or Renault allow that? Those teams won't want a team just to come in and steal some of their exposure while not having to actually be present in the sport. (Oh and btw, at the moment engines of Audi cars are all just rebranded VW engines anyway.) Building an inhouse on the other hand, looks to be a possibility for sure I would say.

^ Not bad for going in relatively cold to the stages without that many hours in DR2! Meanwhile I just finished, provisional P5 in wales, P7 likely and P8 in championship should be secure AW YISS! Really took it steady in SS12 ... had nothing to gain by pushing there 😉

I thought about going again, I want to go again but I think the smart thing to do is stick with my score. My gut tells me the faster people try to go, the more likely they are to make mistakes and get time penalties. I know I'm capable of going faster but I think the fact that it is so easy to rack up warnings on this track makes the decision to stick with what I got easier. P14 as of right now (PS4) the last 2 races I haven't moved. Fingers crossed lol 🤞

Why not be allowed to build your power unit in house? Call it what you want and add another level of difficulty?

Your team is also not existing so why not add not existent engine suplliers

This bit I fully agree with. Either random failures are on for every car on the grid (AI and human) or they're not. Having your rivals in career mode suffer failures but not you kills the competition in my opinion. The possibility should be determined on a scale. The more worn a part is, the higher the chance of it happening. So while at 0% wear, a failure is highly unlikely (but still possible) whereas 80%+ it's just a matter of time. This would put more emphasis on looking after your car and investing in durability upgrades.

Question, real-world or virtual team? I'm not understanding what you're proposing here. If real-world, that's enormously expensive.

No my answer to both of these. Concentration / focusing is key for me, (I don't like to bottle a race).

Just playing the Canadian weekly event and was in first place after 3 laps and over 4 seconds ahead of person in second place when the game kicks me out of the event telling me I don’t have online permission. I got Xbox ultimate active and play online games on Xbox 1 all the time so seems game can’t even work out who has permission or not. Why waste my time letting me qualify we’ll for race then boot me out and why isn’t the weekly event better programmed to stop this sort of thing happening. also why is it in ranked online people are allowed just to crash others off the track all the time and don’t get punished at all, I refuse to do oNline racing other than the weekly event when the game allows me to complete weekly event that is, simply because the online racing is a complete joke because everyone cheats to get and stay ahead. This has been happening for this and 2018 version that I know off and codemasters seem to completely ignore it as long as they have our money!
