Hate drivers who can’t play like a professional. This game is not an arcade game. Most of us wants to play as it is real as possible.

The race audience is cheering really loud proportionally on certain tracks and it distracts a lot. A slider to turn down all ambient sounds would be awesome as there is no benefit to me except distraughtness. I think Suzuka is on of the worst tracks with regard to this, crowd cheering tunes in abruptly and loud.

Hi, We've been having an issue in our multiplayer league where if there's the slightest bit of contact between any cars behind the SC, both cars get a 5 second penalty for a severe collision. While the obvious solution is "don't make contact behind the SC", it seems really unfair if you get into a situation like the below where the leader had a lapped car behind him, the lapped car taps the back of the leader and they both get a 5 second penalty. I can see why the car behind might get one, but the car ahead's done nothing wrong and been penalised, and in this instance lost the race because of it. I've also had a similar issue offline where a car overtook me behind the SC (that's an issue in itself but never mind for now), we skimmed wheels and I got a 5 second penalty. 1. See above 2. PS4 3. 1.07, but it's happened in all versions of F1 2020 4. Multiplayer, although I have had similar in My Team 5. Has happened several times. To replicate, make contact with another car behind the SC 6. None - only option would be to turn off the SC 7. Various - in the video above, the driver in front was on a wheel, driver behind a pad 8. Please see above

I can drive the f2 car's to a decent level 102 ai so I'm not on here saying they impossible to drive but they seem overly twitchy on traction I run medium TC on a pad. But they just don't feel fun to drive as they just slide around spa final chicane is a nightmare with them . The f1 car's are easy to drive in comparison . Is there a setup to help with this ?.

That's saying a lot considering YouTube comments always say I'm slow 😄 (these are Beginner guides though, for people who barely know the layout. I'm not training esports pros here)

Chances are that's the fastest we will see Red Haas going the whole weekend.

Hi all, We've looked into this and while Project CARS 3 banners are intended to appear in the game for a little while, something was causing them to appear on every sponsor board slot instead of just a handful as originally planned. This will be rectified 👍🏻

My latest project that i been working on and off for quite some time now. The iconic Marlboro livery on Mikael Ericsson's Ford Escort Cosworth he drove in the International Swedish Rally 1993. Unfortunately he retired due to an engine failure if i remember correctly. https://www.racedepartment.com/downloads/ford-escort-rs-cosworth-mikael-ericsson.35781/

Oh no. Time to learn to "drive" again?

Title says it all really. Thought it would be cooler for future games that instead of the current short circuit layout we have of bahrain, have the oval one we will see this season in real life. Would be fun to drive around!

I almost reported an innocent bloke. I got a really blatant ram on the side half way up the back straight at Silverstone. I tried my best to catch him for a bit of retaliation but I couldn’t, I came second. I was ready to press the report button when I realised that I actually won the duel my opponent was back in 8th the car that came first was an AI

😞 Oh... That's a stupid choice by Codemasters. Then it won't be Olav Mol for me because I don't want my Xbox in Dutch.

That doesn't help with downshifting though , which when I'm learning a new track is where I find the suggested gears most useful.

Here's a nice detailed table of the changes done to the ratings. Green - improved, Yellow - no change, Red - worsened. Comparison based on the initial driver stats (with those which launched with the game, based on the cards here https://www.formula1game.com/2020/news/F12020-My-Team-Mode )

any one else noticed that the crowd noise as you enter a stadium section on certain track is way too loud, even drowning out my car noise, with no obvious way of turning the stupid noise down, Please sort this horrendous noise out or give us an option to turn the eager clappers off,

Did you try turning your phone upside down to flip the car back?😂

Hi @DrDraken I've added this to our audio backlog to take a look at and see how Jeff responds.

I know the temptation is to dismiss complaints like this as not affecting the core gameplay but all of these little touches and details add to the overall experience, it is an F1 game, not just a racing sim experience, but an immersive recreation of the real thing, so all of these small moments count as well. For the hardcore audience, of course we've seen all of these things on repeat, but for newcomers or more casual fans of the sport / series, these things do make a difference, and personally I do enjoy them. Of course nothing should come before the core elements of the game, the on track and surrounding (setups, sessions, assists etc) details, but when you've played these games for a while you notice when there's less elsewhere. Why have commentary intros for practice and qualy been removed for example? I can tell you that I'm still finishing a 2019 championship and commentary, even on race days on 2020, is lacking a fair few lines, especially ones specific to tracks, and repeats almost immediately. These may not be the main reasons why those who take to post here boot up the game, but they shouldn't be neglected or even removed to create what in the end is a lesser experience than we've had before.

I fully agree, it looks as if there is a bunch of very childish people who are on course to ruin this nice game. Driver reports is not the solution unless it will mean suspension for an hour. I also feel something should be done about on-purpose collisions. In a lot of these cases you will end up not receiving bonus for bad driving because your car i.e. gets pushed Into chicane and you are charged with bad drivin.... In case of deliberate crashing you should be automatically declared looser. It will ensure people taking less risks.
