  2. I would like to propose to add new race distances of 35% and 75% or other distances. The game modes in which these distances are proposed should be everywhere The benefit of the suggestion by adding these distances, players will be able to test themselves on distances other than those currently in the game (3/5 laps 25% 50% and 100%).   7. Firstly I would like to state this only my opinion and that many people may disagree with me which is completely fine. But reading forum posts, Tweets and watching glitches unfold every session I do, F1 2021 has been absolutely woeful so far in the games lifecycle. Now don't get me wrong some positives have been made like graphics for example, they are a major step up from last year and make the game look refreshed, Yet these positives are massively overshadowed by how bad the bugs and glitches have been so far. Also, I really do think, that once we actually manage to have a lobby that does not desync, we should all start bugging codies about the other issues that occur, like: -Q2 and Q3 game exits/crashes cause tyre wear to reset to 0% -drivers see their cars from the spectator cameras during the race start -drivers cannot take the control of their cars after rejoining -cars smash into the pit wall after the pit -cars teleport to the middle of the track while entering pits -engine revs off throttle sound like a meat grinder -safety car not leaving the track forever -safety car free

Let me preface this by saying I really enjoy F1 and the Codemasters F1 games so this is not senseless bashing but this game has really underwhelmed me. - Car performance is completely wrong, I understood why last year it wasn't sorted as the season had only just begun but this time around we're almost halfway done.   12. Tired of these popular “hmm yummy yummy right right left left top speed me lov it” setups, I did some testing. Wanted to know the influence of camber and toe settings on straight line speed. Just that. Results, not that great of a difference: For the setup columns, greens are minimal values and yellows are maximum values. Just to help on the visualization.   15. Nope. We are going to merge 1.11 and 1.12 together, and aiming for the designated time. Current predictions are tomorrow for 1.11 (which you'll now never see) and 1.12 all in together. The modern sports game market is saturated with game franchises that have incredibly underwhelming and underbaked singleplayer modes as a direct result of too much emphasis on the online side of things. FIFA, Pro Evo, Madden, NHL, NASCAR games - even 2K basketball is suffering from the developers prioritising online moneymaking modes over the core singleplayer experience. The absolute last thing we want is for EA to do to F1 what they have to their other sports game franchises. And, besides, you could have the best multiplayer structure of any racing game and you

We put a lot of effort into each release and this year has been no exception, I'm a gamer and an F1 fan who gets to work with the teams and stick microphones on actual F1 cars during the winter test - that's a hobby! Hello, I feel like we need a 3rd corner cutting system, because regular is too forgiving, often you can cut or exdeed corners by ridiculous amounts, which makes it unavailable to use for any sort of somewhat competitive racing. With strict however, its a system that many people simply dislike and don't enjoy, because the tracks nowadays are build in a way where the intuitive racing line doesn't get definied by the white lines on track edges anymore, the intuitive line often goes off the track, which is a flaud by the track designers, but nothing the game can fix. I actually raced up until midways throught the 8th season, at that point I was spending more time trying to figure out the AI more than racing and said "screw it" and simulated the 2nd half of the 8th season and all the 9th and 10th (more on that later). Team story: Started the first season running 50% races and 98 AI, finished the 1st season 9th in WCC, 4th the 2nd season, won my first WDC and WCC the 3rd season but my car was ranked 3rd in overall performance.   21. Hi everyone, So, i had this suspicion while racing Silverstone in MyTeam, where the AI has insane grip through the second sector (especially Copse). You can check Tom97's video in regards: I got to Spa in my career, and the same happens through Pouhon (I've read about Zandvoort too, but yet to race it). The AI just has so much grip, it can go easily flat without understeer or lateral sliding that the player has to deal instead.   22. The game is absolutely broken. It's a joke that this game is being sold. Restarts of lobbies does not help and causes new desyncs, league mode doesn't resolve the problem, LAN causes desync too. How can you be not ashamed of selling such a bugged game. Test your fricking game and don't waste our times. Obviously you cannot see that all of leagues are shutting down because of the bugs. Refund my money.

Look, I've praised the game and really really tried to give it a chance, but the unbalanced AI from track to track, the AI flying through corners that play can't possibly match, random crashing for literally NO reason, unbalanced my team driver transfers, and thats just the short list... did you guys not care to make sure that this game was completed before you released it?   25. The point here is that they want people that know how to make bug reports and follow them up. It doesn't really matter if you play the game 24/7 if you never report what you find and assist in finding the cause to problems you encounter. People wanting the get the beta just so they can play the game before everyone else is of no use to the developers. They need people that are willing to actually work to make the game as good as possible.

  27. In my opinion racing without any assists should be faster than using any sort of assist, but in F1 2021 ABS is way too overpowered. While using ABS you can gain like 3-5 tenths per lap on people who are using no ABS. In my opinion this has to be tweaked and ABS should be much slower. If you have a look at the Time trial leaderboards you can see it as well. Most people in the top 100 are using ABS.

List of biggest leagues shut down (or with postponed races) because of desync in Poland: -Scigalka Online League -Polish F1 Series -Polska Liga Esportowa -Liga Parc Ferme These leagues put time and money into their work and they get that. Racers pay 80€ for this joke of a game, to get screwed every week because you either can't see people on track or we see desynced BOTs.   30. F1 2021 Training Wheels For anyone spinning too much on curbs or having a slippery rear when back on the throttle, two quick tips. Increase your rear toe. The rear axle runs with toe in, meaning the wheels are angled so that they point in across the car.   31. So I've been under the impression that the track rubbers in over the race weekend in these games, but I struggle to ever 'feel' it. Does the track genuinely get quicker as the sessions progress through the weekend? Does it speed up from Friday to Saturday, or do you just get faster as you do more laps and get more comfortable with the track? I decided to run a test yesterday.   33. Hi look I just wanted to say thank you to you CM I am really enjoying F1 2020, you guys get alot of flack on here , but there doesnt seem to be much praise , well Im enjoying the game ...alot.. Im 62 and Im not the best player in the world , the best i can do against Ai is 75/76 difficulty. I have also enjoyed the videos that PJ Tierny (sorry if thats wrong) does , and i learned alot from him about how to race without traction control, Ive not got there 100% yet Im on medium at the mo , but its been most helpful. im looking forward to the story mode on 2021, but these days i dont buy game

  34. The following post is gonna contain my Wishlist for future F1 installments, starting with F1 2022. I hope me using the Career flair for it is ok with the mods since there isn't any flair that properly reflects this sort of post and the focus is somewhat on Career/MyTeam.   35. Hi everyone, Sorry for the delay, but I do have a more substantial update here on the quality of life on Multiplayer, especially since 1.10. The first part of this update is that we have a fix for the key desync issue seen in the PSGL footage (and other leagues) where the session host becomes laggy and positional information for all players gradually deteriorates. This can impair the host of large sessions in certain circumstances (i.e. it is not every session all of the time). A fix for this has been approved by our QA team and is scheduled for release in our next patch, v1.12.

From what we have discovered, if you do a race only then it is even worse, as during the quali we have encouraged our players to leave the session and rejoin it during q1 (well, we would've encouraged them to leave during q2 and q3 as well but of course this game has layers of bugs upon bugs so leaving the game in q2 resets the tyre wear lolololo. @BarryBL maybe you guys will *test* this next hah) and this was solving the desync for some players, but that would not be the end of the story, as the previously mentioned layers of bugs meant that some of them could not retake the control of the ca

Why is there not a troubleshoot Twitter account? Why is it not possible to address these issues publicly thru social media?   38. I'm having an absolute nightmare regarding track difficulty, first time since F1 2016, and all because the ability to change the difficulty in a loading screen has been removed. Yes, you can change difficulty in the HQ before a session. Problem is, AI performances are varying widely for me and once I'm in a session, I'm stuck with what's set and it's spoiling the game. The loading screen menu in 2017-2020 was a lifesaver, why remove it? Please bring it back. Edit: I should probably put an example here.   39. Very disappointed having purchased the deluxe edition to find out that Schumacher, Senna etc are not available as avatars to use in driver career mode. Senna, Prost, Schumacher etc were all available in previous versions of the game. Could this be patched in Codemasters, if you don't play my team mode then the deluxe version was a pointless purchase.

  40. Apart from a couple of sound glitches e.g. DRS beep being really, really quiet, I wanted to say thanks to the audio team. The changes they made to the engine sounds are great and especially big thanks for giving us the option to reduce the volume of the AI cars. I think audio is often overlooked by a lot of people but it really helps make the game more immersive for us sim-monkeys. So, thanks for the improvements!

  41. It needs to be done. I understand thay maybe FOM does not like the idea of cars being damaged and sponsors not seen, but in some form it has to be a way of getting rear wing damage. Not even mentioning sidepods, normally when you hit them they are a bit damaged, why does it not affect the cars pace? At least it should be in simulation mode! Rear wing could be damaged the same way its not even needed that it breaks down if its not possible, but at least to get damage.

  42. To extra clarify. EA are publishing this game, Codemasters make the game. There's no pack mechanic in Podium Pass, and Podium Pass is purely cosmetic. Also, you don't have to spend 1000 euros per year on F1, or FIFA for that matter. I spend £10 a year at the start of FIFA because me and my brother have saved that money by historically game-sharing. Never put a penny more into the game, and my FIFA Ultimate Team is pretty good. To speculate that on F1 is pretty far from the truth. Last race (PC, Social lobby, hosted in Australia, all drivers in Australia), we had incidents where individual cars were invisible to other cars, but still able to interact / cause penalties. The nuances can fly you by faster than Mazepin’s rear end. The differential is a mechanism present on the driven axle that allows the wheels to spin independently from each other.
