I think that page should show your friends from PS platform, those who own the game and have set laps. For me (on Steam/PC) there are people that I have as friends on Steam.

hm... i work at a tech company and our SWEs actually prefer to have user feedback, so they can make the best product possible. if anyone at CM looks at this, I hope thats the takeaway i think most of us would agree the game rocks. but it would also be more immersive to have a well-balanced sim

I'm holding out on hope that before F1 is on the PS5 and Series X we get a major rewrite of the game engine by the codemasters dev's.

I also have the same issue stuck on update 1.03 i have old gitched trophies that say 0.00% of ppl have earned them so i cant get them & game crashes randomly mid race and i lose save data. I've given up with the game until there's a fix.

Same bug happens all the time for me during multiplayer. Platform pc. Ik Will do a reinstall tomorrow and try again. If not I will make a complete bug report.

@mjg1301 @steviejay69 Have you checked the general controller settings in Steam to make sure nothing is ticked in there? Is the wheel working in other games?

yes mate you need AI adjustment / track, you cannot go with one all season, it does not match the track, check the forum, recently someone posted a 100 AI setting and I posted a mid value 90 AI level

I apologize if this isn’t the right sub to post this. I’ve gotten really into cars over the past few years, and my interest in Motorsport has grown with it. My dream is to race in F1, which is admittedly unlikely. I’m a 17 year old kid in America, so where do I start on this undoubtedly long journey? WRC8: 14 locations, total unique 257 km, with France having most kilometres totalling almost 22 km. WRC9: 13 locations, total unique 290 km (including the 6 new stages in Portugal coming in next update next week), with Finland having the most kilometres totalling almost 41 km. Both games have several stages of 20 km and longer (in Monte Carlo, Finland, New Zealand, Japan and Chile), and all this included in the base game with no extra cost. 😉

You guys keep parroting the idea that Kinect is mandatory for voice recognition, but it's simply not true. Off the top of my head I can think of the YouTube app, which uses headset-based voice recognition to enter search terms. And I play a lot of Apex Legends, which has a speech-to-text function for game chat. Point is, other companies have had workarounds for some time now, but Codemasters hasn't bothered.

Personnel Facilty bonuses are deleted for every A.I. Teams ... The reason for Bottas domination is his Awareness stat as you said 🙂 A.I. Drivers with high awareness has always good results and they are very stable with expected positions. As you said, Sergio Perez has the 3rd best car on the grid, but he is so bad on qualification and also sometimes on races. So yes, AWARENESS is way too overpowered stat on this game.

Will the 2020 season update be out this year and I guess the calendar will be the original calendar. I have some suggestions to the F2 side of the game for qualifying please let us use both sets of the softer tyre instead of letting us do one lap then basically that it is for qualifying. The other big thing I have in mind is let strategy play a part in the feature races by adding the alternative strategy which is using the harder tyre then using the soft tyre instead of the other way around like it is on the game Also @BarryBL the tyre compounds for Spain on the 2019 season are still wrong the game has the medium and hard tyre instead of the soft and hard tyre

I agree most of the races have 1 stop and the racing is to predicable just like people using 2-8 wings or **** weather system anyway. Hopefully it's something they can add in for the future. Maybe @BarryBL game character and the odd moderator from the forums if possible.

Hey Guys. I want to help you to dont bother with finding perfect difficulty for all tracks. Here are my Difficulty Levels for tracks ... soon i will update for all tracks. My Base Difficulty is AI 100 ( Tested with Ferrari to match with Charles Leclerc Times on all track ) My Testing Track is Australia. So if you want to find your Base Difficulty level, then go to Australia and try to match your time with Leclerc. 75% Race Distance would be Amazing, because 1 and 2 pit stop would be equal fast. Everyone knows that in 50% Races 1 pit stop is always better then 2 pit stops. Pre race prediction of 50% Race time is sometimes equal 1 and 2 pit stops, but it is absolutely not equal, because with 2 pit stops you are losing time always behind the cars, so in 50% Races 1 Pit Stop is always faster ... In 75% Race it would be another thing ... of course you are also losing time behind the cars with 2 pit stops, but in overall you have more time to overtake those cars , so 1 and 2 pit stop would be very similar. I am playing with 50% Races, but i hate that when my teammate pitting 2x times, when 1 pit stop is faster by 5 to 10 seconds. It is very game killer for me. So we need : 100% Races 75% Races 50% Races 25% Races

You have to test your wheel mate in the Controller Settings Calibration tab.. after press the throttle pedal and check if the bar hits the 100%.. do the same thing in the brake pedal.. if you aren't at 100% (what I think that could be your case) you have to put some Saturation values.. put 5 for starting and check.. put 10 and check.. if you hit the 100 % the Calibration is done.. but you probably could have some problem in your pedals..

Just realized yesterday in Austria,that my throttle pedal just goes to 83% and my brakes till 72%....and I wondered why I cannot match my pad time....adjusted,2 laps in TT, pad time equalized by 0,5sec 😄 seriously I was doing 30 laps before I realized smth is wrong with my power output

hi mate, yesterday I have made 3 GP`s to get used to drive against the AI with the wheel and used my old AI settings ;) made a 50% race in Baku (AI 91) with Albon, P16 to P14, just needed 3 flashbacks result of not used to drive with used tires ;) one in Silverstone (AI 91) 25% with Stroll P14 to P7 and one in China (AI 92) with Bottas just 5 laps P3 to P4. I did a quick qualifying before to see where my times are. So that was quite well, I was happy with the races. Still need more training to get used to race against AI cars with the wheel, some more single GP`s then I can go back to myTeam I hope. Thanks for your advice guys! Cheers

I agree completely. At the tail end of F1 2019, I started exploring with no assists. I was a regular when it came to TC medium and Anti lock brakes on. I couldn't imagine driving without them. When I bought 2020, I made the decision to never turn assists on from day 1. It was the best decision I ever made.... in terms of gaming. Eventually you'll figure out how to get faster. With time and practice comes success. I still play F1 2019 Featured Events. I can now also drive there very well with no Assists. I've actually won 2 events. The most recent was the Canada featured event. The German Event that just passed, I placed P2. I guess my point is, as hard as it seems right now to get your lap times back closer, or even better than your pad times. You WILL get there. Don't get discouraged. Put in the Time and you'll see results.

If you watched the full face you could see the racing line was bone dry at some parts of the track while other parts where still wet . Hence why when the drivers put new inters on the weren't going any quicker than those on old inters parts of the track was for wets whole the other part was for drys . I rember when the used to have that in game can't rember which year bit it was a challenge keeping the car on the dry line . The used to have it so it would only rain at half the track . As well . O think the need to look into adding that back into the he for 2021 the technology has improved since then so shouldn't be that hard .

isnt that related to the driver skill level? I think Charles has in my 4th season also 92 OVR and he is leading the championship with a midfield Ferrari, Vettel is 15th I think. However, I like it that way! much more interesting! I think people complain way too much here about this and that....glad that I am not a game creator, I would have said "well then *peep*off - you will have no new F1 game anymore, I am out,create your own *peep* then, see if you can do it better"
