4 pointsAnd this is exactly why they should allow us to edit driver ratings, like NBA 2k, Fifa, Madden etc.

3 pointsHey Codemasters I just downloaded the latest update of your game ... I cant say anything bad on F2 2020, because its amazing and cool with the new wheels. 🙂 But one thing is very stupid for me ... There are unrealistic Drivers performance. Everyone knows that Mick Schumacher is the F2 World Champion, but in the game he is always 10+ on qualifying ... but there are other drivers also whos are unrealisticly bad in your game like Yuki Tsunoda, Nikita Mazepin, Louis Deletraz, Guanyu Zhou, Luca Ghiotto ... So i have tested A.I. Performance in Belgium. I went 5x times qualification on 110% Difficulty, here are the performance ranking in your game : Tested with Samaia, so he is not on the list ... As you can see MICK SCHUMACHER (1st in Real Life), YUKI TSUNODA (3rd in Real Life), NIKITA MAZEPIN (5th in Real Life), GUANYU ZHOU (6th in Real Life), Louis Deletraz (8th in Real Life), Luca Ghiotto (10th in Real Life) ... OP Drivers in the game : ARTEM MARKELOV (18th in Real Life) He is the best in your game 🙂, NOBUHARU MATSUSHITA (15th in Real Life), MARCUS ARMSTRONG (13th in Real Life) etc etc etc ... So this is completly wrong in the game !!! ARTEM MARKELOV 1 1 1 1 1 NOBUHARU MATSUSHITA 2 3 2 4 4 ROBERT SHWARTZMAN 3 2 4 2 2 CALUM ILOTT 4 11 10 7 7 CHRISTIAN LUNDGAARD 5 7 7 6 3 MARCUS ARMSTRONG 6 6 5 5 6 JACK AITKEN 7 10 9 8 10 DAN TICKTUM 8 4 3 3 8 JEHAN DARUVALA 9 8 6 9 11 FELIPE DRUGOVIC 10 5 11 10 5 PEDRO PIQUET 11 9 8 11 9 YUKI TSUNODA 12 13 15 12 12 NIKITA MAZEPIN 13 14 16 15 17 GIULIANO ALESI 14 15 14 14 15 MARINO SATO 15 12 12 16 16 GUANYU ZHOU 16 16 13 13 13 MICK SCHUMACHER 17 17 17 17 14 LUCA GHIOTTO 18 18 18 18 18 LOUIS DELETRAZ 19 19 19 20 19 ROY NISSANY 20 20 21 21 21 SEAN GELAEL 21 21 20 19 20

3 pointsPJ, your doing a fine job here. Nothing will bring the past back nor should it be faked. The "old crew" were unique in how they worked, what they liked besides gaming, etc. I said this before, though: When they popped in here, it was in a light hearted way, not drudgingly like it was part of the job. Sure they got pelted with many questions, and some complaints, but they posted enough other things (memes or whatever) to show they where one of us, passionate about the title, and just plain human. I doubt it did anything for sales in the grand scheme, but it made US fans of the games even more and fans of them. I guess they enjoyed talking to our bunch, we had enough in common about our passions and probably picked up some Subaru knowledge from @tbtstt 🙂, I believe they came here on their own time. It just linked us all to the human behind a credit line in the game that many may never look at (unfortunately). If the new devs don't see a value, that's their personal choice, but without them coming here this thread would be dead and gone long before it made it to 1659 pages. Stay safe

2 pointsFunny how we ask for some things but its by design and unrealistic so it won't be in the game but they can't even get the driver ratings and stats right!

1 pointPatch 1.14 is now LIVE across all platforms. Please see below for latest patch notes Added the F2 2020 Season Vehicles PS4 - Addressed an issue where French and Spanish audio would not be available for specific regions Addressed an issue for Xbox One X users where audio could cut out when near other cars Tyre wear will now correctly be tracked when leaving/joining a session Weather forecast is now correct in full qualifying Tyre icons are now aligned on the spectator HUD regardless of the number of laps completed Although a smaller update in terms of fixes, we have dedicated a lot of time into getting F2 2020 across to players due to the amount of demand for these cars. Happy racing, Barry

1 pointOkey, finally we got update with F2 2020 Drivers. Here is my comparison : My Team Career : F2 2019 1 : 0 F2 2020 ( Easy win for F2 2019, becuase there is no F2 Drivers from 2020 in My Team Career Mode xDDD ) A.I. Driver Ratings : F2 2019 2 : 0 F2 2020 ( Easy win for F2 2019, because there are no Driver Ratings for F2 2020 Drivers ) A.I. Realistic Performance : F2 2019 3 : 0 F2 2020 ( F2 2019 was also a joke if we are looking realistic driver performance, but F2 2020 is a JOKE OF THE YEAR ) Driver Career Mode : F2 2019 4 : 0 F2 2020 ( Easy win for F2 2019, because we cant start Driver Career Mode with F2 2020 Cars and Drivers and they cant go up to Formula 1 ) I dont want to compare Handling, for me its a little bit easier to cornering with F2 2019 cars, but maybe it is just me. Also design of cars someone likes more F2 2019 cars with smaller wheels, someone likes more F2 2020 cars with bigger wheels ... So yes the results is : F2 2019 4 : 0 F2 2020 Codemasters you must to update this problems, because your F2 2020 update is a JOKE OF THE YEAR !!! Moto GP Games and WRC Games has more realistic Drivers Performance then your GAME ... There is no point to play with your F2 2020 version, because its very unrealistic ( Mick Schumacher the World Champion of F2 is almost the weakest A.I. in your F2 2020) + Artem Markelov is the best A.I. in your F2 2020, he finished 18th this year xDDD We cant use F2 2020 Drivers in MY TEAM CARRER MODE ... xDDD Comon guys i cant believe that you cant make A.I. Performance like in Reality. You need to add F2 2020 Drivers to My Team Career Mode You need to add Driver Ratings for F2 2020 Drivers You need to add them in Driver Career Mode You need to make more realistic Drivers Performance like : Mick Schumacher Callum Illott Yuki Tsunoda Robert Schwarztman Nikita Mazepin Guanyou Zhou Christian Lundgaard Louis Deletraz Felipe Drugovich Luca Ghiotto ETC ETC ETC ...

1 pointDoes the new driver stats apply to my team saves because look at this bottas is rubbish compared to Hamilton in real life in game its other way round
-
1 pointIn F1 2020 Championship Mode Lewis Hamilton is better then Vallteri Bottas, because there are no stupid stats like in Career Mode.
-
1 pointWhat is it like on the F1 2020 Championship mode? So not my team or driver career but the other championship mode. If I remember rightly there are no stats on there as you drive as a real life driver and there's no development or driver transfers.

1 pointI'll list some of the things we have which are also considered popular in other Finnish families: Baked ham ("Joulukinkku", Christmas Ham) Rutabaga casserole, carrot casserole and sweetened potato casserole Freshy salted salmon (my favourite by far) https://finland.fi/wp-content/uploads/2017/11/26265206-350x525.jpg Rosolli salad 1727153-700x461.jpg (700×461) (finland.fi) These are the ones that are the most popular I believe, after which there are a lot of different choices such as if you want to have potatoes, vegetables and fish (hot or cold). Then foods that are enjoyed usually outside of the Christmas meal: Rice porridge 2490-riisipuuro_paiviniemi_visitfinland-jpg-700x378.jpg (700×378) We usually have this on the morning of Christmas Eve. There's usually a single almond hidden in it and apparently you can make a wish or something when you find it. The thing is that I usually find it on the first spoonful of porridge I eat 😁 Christmas pastries, gingerbread cookies and glögg (though I drink non-alcoholic which may even be the more popular choice) You can't hide from these. I wish it would even be cold here. Some years it's -20C here, sometimes it's closer to 0 😕

1 pointWhy oh why is Marcus Armstrong under an Aussie flag? He is a New Zealander for heavens sake, even has a silver fern on his helmet. Doh!!

1 point@AlkyUniQe the best direction IMO is to start by turning the brake assist to medium, then practice a lot. After practicing you will be used to it then turn brake assist off. Then practice a lot again. Practice is key to slowly turn off all assists. then focus on TC, then manual gears. Manual gears is kinda hard and when you arent used to having the brake assist and TC off it will be super hard to drive. Here is the order to simplify: Brake assist ------>ABS (If you want to)----->Traction Control------->Manual Gears------>Then Pit assist, flashbacks, etc. Ers management is fairly easy on this year's game, so you should turn the ERS assist off first. AND REMEMBER- dont turn off all assists at the same time (obviously), practice, and have fun!

1 pointNo sorry. I mean a device and software for digital signature (for italian law).

1 pointI wasn't around much in the DR1 days, but from what I gather the more active staff people on the forums are mainly ones that no longer work at Codemasters. I'll see if I can change that in the future, but understandably anybody that's a "developer" is busy making games at the moment so you'll have to put up with me 🙂

1 pointThanks @ChrisbyFlanker, I'd ask your other racers to forward the ports too. Affects all users 👍

1 point308 UEFI Disconnect the Wacom tablet. Please also remove the audio dongle from the G430 headset and plug into the audio jacks of the sound card. Delete the hardware_settings_config.xml and re-launch the game.

1 pointBit like the way an off-cut of the intro sequence in The Shining, where a car is winding its way thru some mountains, was used later in Blade Runner for its 'happy ending' sequence as they drive into the mountains. Thankfully cut from the Directors Cut. Kinda sorta like that

1 pointDifferential: 100% = Locked (easier to oversteer) 50% = (half) Open Front Brake Bias: 70% = Mostly towards the front (better for slowing the car down) 50% = more towards the back (better for steering while braking) Quick tip for pad players, go into your controller settings and then to MFD Shortcuts. Set up the Right Stick to flick Differential/Brakes up and down 🙂

1 pointLogitech G27/G29 - fantastic entry wheels that you can easily put a few hundred, if not, thousand hours into and enjoy every minute of it. CSW - oh man now we start getting some feedback. You can't believe how much more there could have been. Accuforce/Simucube - holy ****. you can't can feel every pebble and kerb. half the time you forget this isn't your real car as you reach for a non-existent cupholder. Basically an entry wheel like the G29/T150 will give you a fantastic experience. You can set world records with them and fight for top positions in championships in real events (CRSedmicky was driving on a G27 when he qualified for the first World Championship). But if you're willing to invest the money, the experience starts to become so much deeper. Is it worth the money? Up to you to decide, but if you love racing I can say it isn't uncommon to put more hours driving a sim-rig in a week than you do your real life car... sometimes 2-3x more virtual miles per day. The fancy equipment doesn't make you faster though, only more consistent. Consistency lowers times, but don't fall into the trap that you have to spend money to be fast on the best gear. The other huge component I see a few others mention - a wheel is only so good without a solid frame to mount it to. This doesn't have to be an expensive frame, but getting your body positioning to match that of a real car does HUGE things for the experience. I'd go so far as to say I'd much rather take a G27 on a quality Sim-Labs rig than a brand new direct drive wheel mounted to my desk. Basically a wheel + pedals gets you 80% of the experience, adding a sim-rig gets you another 10% or so. Upgrading from an entry wheel to a top of the line wheel won't get you a 10% immersion increase IMO, and therefore getting a whole package sums up to much more than just a single high end component.

1 pointWhen purchased we did not purchase any of the products or code/content they had previously made (which makes a lot of sense, IP law is big). All of the work they had previously done is owned by Sony. This is a lot like when we bought the Sega Racing Studio or Swordfish (I would have loved to work on a Fifty Cent game!), we got people and a building but no products. SMS is different as they owned the games they made.

1 pointhm... i work at a tech company and our SWEs actually prefer to have user feedback, so they can make the best product possible. if anyone at CM looks at this, I hope thats the takeaway i think most of us would agree the game rocks. but it would also be more immersive to have a well-balanced sim

0 pointsIt would be nice of codemasters to actually finish developing a game that works THEN release it! More patches in an f1 game than on a pirate ship.
