I did 4 events in the current championship: Got 2 wins and 2 2nd places.
2x 25 points + 2x 18 points = 86 points (FIA points rules).
But I have 114 points currently, and the runner-ups have 96, 91 and so on.
I...just don't get it 🤣
We don't use the FIA points scoring system for Rally. The points start at 30 for 1st place, then down in steps of 3 to 18, then steps of 2 down to 6, then single steps until 0. This allows a Rally event to sit alongside a Rallycross event in Custom or other mixed discipline championships. We use the FIA scoring for Rallycross events, which go up to 30. (16 in the Qualifiers, 6 in the Semi-Final, and a maximum of 8 from a Final)

Now that is unexpected. Could you have another go with the 1.5 patch? I took a look at this a few weeks ago and think I found what the issue was. Needless to say, they should be a little bit more expected now 🙂

The current Time Trial we're playing in the office is on Germany in the Evo VI. Personally, I think it's one of the finest cars to take onto that course 🙂

Didn't work :(zissakos1 said:guys. you got me wrong. I didn't say implementing VR support is easy.
AGAIN:
The majority of the VR implementation is already there.
- Include VR library. Start/Load it up, free the resources on exit.
- Place two cameras (one for each eye) into the head of the driver. have them move as the HMD moves.
- Render the game through these 2 cameras (in addition to the screen).
- Provide some settings (like Allow external cameras in VR, shake cam in VR) and connect them to the engine.
- etc.
NOW: What is left being done for DR2.0? Can anyone answer that?
@urgaffel: Thanks for replying, I really appreciate it. And please don't feel offended, I truly apologize if this was the effect of my questions.
I am just lost when it comes to the questions WHAT needs to be done in addition to what has ALREADY been done for DR.
I would never underestimate the effort of programmers, especially game programmers, which are true heroes in my opinion. I am an amateur developer myself.
Please read closely what I write before taking a stance to know better.

@PJTierney @Flens07 For clarity - If it's a Challenge, the whole event has been curated by a designer. If it's a My Team Career Rally, the weather will be generated according to real-world probabilities of weather. The same algorithm for weather is now used offline in the 'Freeplay' modes for the randomly generated Custom mode rallies.
