This place never gets old - lol
short-stuff -
What's going on?? I have absolutely no idea what anyone is talking about.... lol -
Good stuff! I'll be back in the saddle soon enough then? Albeit, rockin a pad... B)Evilsmurf said:on console? 3 or 6 I think. -
Can anyone remember how many gig you have to initially download to play the game with two cars?
-
Bigger team, bigger budget & a solid base to work from in the current game.
I think we'll see an evolution of the current game, with evolved physics and a new storyboard walk-through & a more personal multiplayer setup like the former titles & obviously new stages & locations.
might not take that long? -
Surely the department that worked on coding DiRT for the console port, were totally separate to the team that design cars/stages/physics, & I doubt they all sat around idol waiting on their teammates doing they're stuff? -
September 2017? -
Quite the two horse race! -
How I'd like the cover of the new game to look...
-
They are all mini S2 Quattro's, Group B is slowly coming back!! -
-
So if I were to get my 5yr old co-driver a new console, say, from Santa, then we might be prep'd and good to go for the new title??
Hmmm.... :D -
Speaking of pads...
Its unlikely that the next game will be EA, so probably won't be drip-fed out in stages like before. The port to console then, may happen a lot sooner after initial release? -
If memory serves me correctly, it was Thrustmasters all round for D:R? -
No-one else disturbed by the lack of steering wheels in the Codies Playtest facility?
DiRT isn't going all soft and mainstream on us, is it??? -
Thats assuming its that kinda game of course....gfRally said:The longer the Kebab pizza goes on, the more chance it will be mentioned in the next game. Like so many other forum references are in DR
Might be hard to shoe-horn a Kebabpizza reference into WRC 2017 :D -
Or continue to talk random nonsense about pizza's.... ;)sqdstr said:I suggest we go silent untill they get bored and give us a little bit of info!

I have that at home too, but cant make it work... :(Porkhammer said:I remember the first rally game (that I ever saw at least) with 3D spectators was Rally Championship Xtreme...

& Evolution losing the WRC is a big mistake.
When I think back, my least favourite of the WRC series, was Rally Evolved. Playing it now, it's the best of the bunch & definitely closest to what DiRT now is. Great technical detailed stages, intuitive handling & nice presentation. The spectators even step back as you pass them closely! It's quite good fun!
#EDIT: Yeah, now I remember, tarmac made me hate it.... :# -
Quick sample of the 3 Colin McRae games so far. The old Network Q style mixed surface UK stages are fun! -
Retro-Gaming. Who needs Nintendo Classic??
-
Friends are good.
Since you met Milestone at an important meeting recently (ok, maybe that wasn't the exact wording in the Roadbook), would you now consider them friends? :P
I said it a time or two, SLRE stages, in a Citroen, on DiRT physics, would be a thing of beauty... -

Harsh....versedi said:What **** codies done that Toyota have such opinion...from the level of it I'd bet about killing CEO's daughter or something related to her.

DiRTy Gossip about DIRT Rally Games

Any time I try and guess anything next-game related, an eerie silence falls on the Gossip topic, swiftly followed by a random change of topic to rinse into the next page.... I get semi-exited when that happens :)
