Hi Barry,

I have only ever completed in two of the weekly Events, weekends of August 22 and today August the 29.  On the first event I had a black Cloud which filled the screen whilst waiting at the lights.  The following day I rebooted my Xbox One X and tried again.  This Time I was successful in completing the Race.  Today I attempted the 12:30 PM Silverstone race  and waited at the lights for over 5 minutes with waiting  for players eventually car was kicked to side of track.  Just tried the 17:04 PM race, started OK was in second position  for approximately 5 laps when screen displayed Error Code H0163.8803 and that was the end of it.

As I said this was only my second weekend race and severe problems both times.  You will appreciate it takes time and effort to do the practice sessions and qualifying, only for the effort to be of no avail because of technical problems with the game.  Please can you offer some explanation.
