  1. 1. Description of the Issue: At times, particularly at the start of Qualifying for a Ranked Multiplayer Race, the game stops recognising my Controller inputs, as if the Controller is no longer connected. 2. Platform PC 3. What version of the game you are using (Shown on the start screen in the bottom left corner of the screen) v1.06 4. Game-mode? Online Ranked Multiplayer 5. What are your replication numbers? Minimum test attempts are 4. Please also add EXACT replication steps for us to try too. I will say it has happened 5 times over the past 2 - 3 hours of doing Muiltiplayer Online Racing Replication is a matter of playing Online Ranked races until it happens! 6. What troubleshooting have you attempted? Please always try to attempt to fix the issue I found that if i disconnect the controller and reconnect it, I can then use the controller again, BUT it introduces a second issue because it switches on the default Controller profile in addition to the Custom profile i have saved, so then when i press a button on the controller it may be bound to multiple commands (e.g. gear downshift on the Default profile and DRS activation on my Custom profile) 7. What peripherals are you are using (gamepad, wheel make & model etc) Elite Xbox Controller 8. Any screenshots or video of the issue? If the video is long, please include a timestamp for when the issue appears. https://www.twitch.tv/videos/701084268?t=00h40m48s On this stream the i get problems three times, firstly here: https://www.twitch.tv/videos/701084268?t=00h16m31s in between finishing qualy and starting the race, the controller ceases to function and i have to reconnect it. The second time it happens is at minute 40 https://www.twitch.tv/videos/701084268?t=00h40m48s From minute 40 you can see i am selecting a Ranked Multiplayer race, but when i enter the qualifying dashboard, the controller does not respond. Then after i reconnect it, i start the qualifying session at the end of minute 42 but i notice that there are two active controller profiles, so before i start the race at minute 45 i try to disable the Controller Preset 1, which resolves the issue for that race. Third problem is minute 55: https://www.twitch.tv/videos/701084268?t=00h55m33s when i start the qualifying run, the Preset 1 profile has switched itself back on and i have two controller profiles active, which you can see in minute 56.
  2. Sometimes the game stops recognising my controller input usually at the start or end of a race i think, leaving me unable to control the game - very annoying when it happens when a race is starting! If i unplug and replug the controller in, it recognises it again, BUT it activates the default controller profile IN ADDITION TO my custom controller profile, so when i make inputs to the controller, multiple things may happen e.g. if i have DRS bound to "A" on the controller in my custom profile, whereas in the default profile "A" might be bound to downshift, when i try to activate DRS it downshifts as well. I can include a link to a stream i did where it happens if this helps.

    Server status

how do we check when the servers are back up for online lobbies?
  4. Can i please ask what time of the day you have as the setting for online multiplayer lobbies? To me it looks like you have quali and race set to about 6pm and it makes the track seem so dark in cockpit view mode! I can't see some of the braking markers and it is hard work on my eyes. When it is cloudy or raining, the track just becomes a grey blur to me. Please can you explain why you didnt use the normal race time e.g. 1pm or 2pm for online race lobbies?

    Online Ranked Races

Why is the time of day set to late afternoon for online ranked races? The effect of this is for certain racetracks to appear very dark e.g. Monza, making It very difficult to see the brake distance boards and even the track itself I have to squint at times to see the edges of the tracks. When it is raining, the effect is terrible and I cannot see anything at times. Not good for the eyesight at all. It negatively affects my racing at many tracks and I dont want to have to keep messing with my monitor brightness to compensate. What is the rationale for holding the races in late afternoon? This is damaging my eyesight. Can this be changed please to make the tracks brighter and easier to see for the eyes?

    Multiplayer Car Setup

Online multiplayer cars are often set to "Equal" Performance Is there a way to practice using this "Equal" multiplayer car, doing time trials or individual grand prix, in order to work on your setups? I find there is too little time during multiplayer races to tweak setups
