    G29 linearity issue?

Ok, but I didn't meant that, what i meant is that the ingame steering wheel rotates slower when it aproaches both ends (full steering left or right), but at the middle it rotates faster. If you watch the video I embeded at my first post, you can see what i'm talking about. I rotate my G29 at a constant speed, but the ingame steering wheel progressively rotates slower: In the LGS control panel, i have sensitivity set to 100, as i do with all my other games.

    G29 linearity issue?

Hi, i have calibrated my G29, but i feel that the rotation of the ingame steering wheel is not the same at the middle than at the sides, even with the linearity set to 0. It rotates very slowly when reaching both sides. Here is a video of what i'm trying to explain: Shouldn't it rotate linearly? I mean, at the same speed at every angle?
  4. Thanks to all. I know i can increase linearity setting, but doing that, steering will be faster at the center and slower on the sides. I don't know if i'm explained correctly, but that way countersteering would be more unpredictable and harder to achieve correctly. I will carefully read the pdf that @paint21 attached, and see if i can enhace my settings to make steering wheel it perform better. Thanks
  5. I just feel it very slow, compared to DR1. In DR1 i set the sensitivity to 100 via Logitech sofware (LGS). Ingame linearity to 0, same degrees of rotation (all this for both games) and the steering is a lot more responsive in DR1 than in DR 2.0. In DR 2.0 i have to turn the wheel a lot more to turn the same than DR1. Even if i turn up linearity (now i have it in 2), it is "slow", is like it has a very big deadzone, even though deadzone is set to 0. As i see an ingame sensibility option that is grayed out, and locked to 50, i thought that if i could set this parameter to 100, the steering wheel would respond the same as in DR 1. Of course, i know that FFB is not the same on both games, i'm just saying that just steering the car is very different (slower for me, less direct) in DR 2.0 than in DR 1, on any surface. I was waiting for an update that enables the sensitivity option that i have grayed out, so i turn the setting up to 100 and see if steering works more direct, and responsive.
  6. G29 owners still can't set up sensitivity of the wheel, please don't forget about implementing it! I mean, option is there but it is disabled, and locked to 50% :

    DiRT Rally 2.0 - v1.3 - found a bug? Post it here!

Now the game stutters, and before this update it never stuttered. I was playing at a consistent and smooth framerate before this update. Pc, playing with G-sync.

Please, at least enable the steering sensitivity slider, so we can adjust it to 100%. At 50% is too low for me.
