  1. Hello. Am I'm imagining things? In My Team championship I'm using my new BMW M2. After the race I'm having a note that's telling me my "turbo pipe is blown". And I can hear and feel that's something's wrong with the car - it's not accelerating fast enough and I'm hearing strange noise. And even when I have my A+ driving, I'm still making 20+ place. When in events prior to this I was finishing like in the 10, even when my driving had small mistakes in it. So the question is: I can't repair my turbo because it's not in the RGT UI? It's broken but can't be fixed because fixing turbo isn't added to the UI? Or is it "unbreakable"? My gut feeling says that it's not in the UI and it's a bug. Annoying ๐Ÿ˜ž
  2. I'm just insisting that this is the "unique" bug which has no "precedents" (i.e. similar bugs in the past), so it's probably is not included in test checklists and test cases. So it's mostly a matter of chance if it'll be noticed before the release or not. It obviously wasn't. Well, that happens. Sucks, yeah. But the bug probably is easy to fix and so - I'm confident fix will be included in a few updates from now on. No need to be negative about that.
  3. There is no mention of Turbo in repair menu of BMW M2 Competition. But - it's still breakable. So after you break it - you can't fix it. There is just no option to do that in repair menu. So you're stuck with a slow car with no turbo pressure. FOREVER. Please fix!
  4. I think they don't do car testing a lot in My Team as having a second test-server for it that's up to date is tricky (they still probably have at lest two additional servers though - test server and pre-production server). So it's actually very easy to miss something like "R-GT repair rules overwriting car repair rules". Believe me, I'm a game developer myself ๐Ÿ˜„

  6. Well, that's the problem: there is no turbo mentioned in repair screen. Engine, Radiator, Exhaust - and the next is Clutch, Turbo just isn't there!. Guess that's because it's the first turbo car in RGT class and they didn't bothered to add it there. But there is a turbo pressure meter in the race UI. And it's now at a zero all the time ๐Ÿ™‚ UPD: edited the title to make things clearer.
  7. Yeah, I'm now 100% sure that that's exactly what happened. Thanks for giving us a car that can't be fixed once damaged. You can't even sell it and buy a new one, because it's not for sale. Good job, Coddies ๐Ÿ™‚ Let's hope it'll be fixed soon!
  8. Also there is a lot of "Major loss of turbo pressure". And no mentioning of turbo in the repair menu. I guess I was prematurely excited when I was so glad to see a modern RWD with turbo engine... ๐Ÿ˜•

    Date and content next update?

Well, I do agree that it has it's benefits, yes. And would like to see roadmap as well ๐Ÿ™‚

Except it wouldn't ๐Ÿ™‚ You can take FFB as an example.

Oh. Didn't know that! I thought it was just another toxic comment full of "sarcasm" ๐Ÿ™‚
  12. If that was cheating, like HACKING-cheating, he would probably not bait himself for a ban with negative results. He'd be more subtle ๐Ÿ™‚ That's probably some bug that he encountered and then figured out how to reproduce and did it just for lulz - like, it's sometimes fun to figure bugs and exploits out. MAYBE he's even was moving so slow, that he's going out of memory for time? It's like if you adding time to the value, you'll eventually end up with a negative number. People who know a little bit about programming will understand what I'm talking about ๐Ÿ™‚

    Date and content next update?

I could agree that having more open communication wouldn't hurt - something like real development roadmap presented to community, BUT The important thing is: bugs are squashed, game is improving, new content is awesome. What would change if we'd know more details? Essentially, nothing. That would not bring those updates any closer. It'll just create more wining - "why you work on X, when I want you to work on Y, because I think Y is gamebreaking and my opinion is the only thing that matters!" We do. Community management is not flooding forum with new posts. It's a part of it, but if Cristina is posting something on the forum - that means, she's not spending this time to read the forum and bring our feedback to dev team to prioritize fixes and improvements. I don't get why this forum is so pessimistic, winy and toxic ๐Ÿ˜•

    The unexpected moments stopped?

Yeah, deer is cool. No other unexpected moments in more than a month though. PS4 here.
  15. Thaaat's kind of offensive. Please don't generalize like that. Besides - do you know a way to install a cheating software on PS4? Not an easy task. Need further investigation though.

    DiRT Rally 2.0 Car Setups

@2Technical thanks a lot for those setups, you don't even know how helpful they are! Just got promoted to Masters in my Peugeot 208, your setups make aggressive and fast rallying such more controllable and give a chance to recover from mistakes instead of having to face frustration from a full-scale crash. Your work is deeply appreciated, sir.

I wish some sun effect could be turned down a bit though. This sunset stage on Spain is killing me everytime ๐Ÿ˜•

Question to ChristinaMC about special events

"Prime" events showcase fresh content from DLCs - last time it was Monte Carlo rally, this time it's Group B RWD cars (new BMW M1 and new Opel one). Those cars are absolute blast to drive, by the way. I'm not sure about "Promo" events, but looks like they allow players without DLC content to try it out. In this case, players without Monte Carlo can race on it, and if they like, buy missing content.
