  1. Thanks! I try. I ended the season 7th out of 10 in the graphs. Marginally further behind Alpha Tauri than at the start of season 2 (picture in first post and a closer crop of it below). My performance rating also increased from S1 to S2, suggesting the pace should only have gotten better. Since my first post I've tried turning the difficulty down a few notches and at Bahrain I tried my hand at FP1 again and still had to use overtake on every straight to complete any program. After Bahrain I completed a new upgrade in the aero department hoping that would somehow bring the other ones to life and cure the bug. I went to FP1 in Vietnam and the same thing happened there. After failing to complete the race program with a sensible setup I decided to bolt on way too much downforce to see what would happen, and I was still losing tenths to the target time in some corners. PS: Just wanna underline that I did adapt every single upgrade I had from season 1 to comply with the regulation changes. They're all still solid blue and marked as purchased in the R&D tree.
  2. If this has been posted before, I am sorry. It's kind of hard to know what to search for with this issue. I've found reports of similar bugs from F1 2018 (this is F1 2020), but not this exact one. 1. A detailed description of the issue. I drive for Alfa Romeo in career mode and spent the last few races of season 1 securing every single one of my aero upgrades for an upcoming regulation change. I scored good points in the last few races of the season. However, at the start of season 2 everyone on the team are telling me "sorry we couldn't keep up with those reg changes, mate" and when I get on track for FP1 in Melbourne the car is more or less undriveable regardless of setup. It felt like I had no downforce. It took me multiple attempts and lots of corner cutting to finish any of the practice programs. I usually complete them first try with a couple of tenths in hand. I finished the FP1 in 20th, a full second down on my teammate in 14th on the same tyres. Again, I usually have him beat in every session. Same story for quali and race until I put both the car and myself out of our misery in the barriers at turn 3 on lap 20. No pace no matter what I did. I'm not, like, actual-F1-driver-consistent, but this was the car and not me. 2. Platform PC 3. What version of the game you are using (Shown on the start screen in the bottom left corner of the screen) 1.06 4. Game-mode? Career mode. 5. What are your replication numbers? Minimum test attempts are 4. Please also add EXACT replication steps for us to try too. Zero. Hoping to not have to finish four more seasons of career mode before I can report this bug. The order of what happened is as follows: car feels great in Brazil (6th place) simulated the full Abu Dhabi weekend tried negotiating a deal with Williams at the end of the season, they wouldn't pay up so I stayed with Alfa spent my last R&D points in the engine department I go to next season and everyone tells me the car sucks this year because we didn't keep up with the regulation changes car is completely undriveable all through Australian GP weekend 6. What troubleshooting have you attempted? Please always try to attempt to fix the issue Every single setup I can think of, sighing, rolling my eyes, throwing my arms up, closing and restarting both the game and my computer. I read that purchasing an upgrade in the affected department has helped with similar issues (again, couldn't find exactly what I'm experiencing). Will report back when I've tried that. 7. What peripherals are you are using (gamepad, wheel make & model etc) Xbox One controller with their proprietary bluetooth dongle. 8. Any screenshots or video of the issue? If the video is long, please include a timestamp for when the issue appears. Given they show up in the order I uploaded them: 1. Where the game tells me our aero development is at. 2. The performance graphs for season 1. 3. Same thing for season 2. As you can see we're towards the bottom of a very tight midfield.
