F1 2020 - Things to make the game better

Let F2/historic drivers graduate into F1 after they win their respective championships. Add driver ages to the career mode so if older drivers like Kimi hit retirement age, they can be replaced. Would help keep career mode fresh as the seasons progress. Make practice more streamlined for people with less time (ie parents like me), but don't penalise development points. I'd like to get through a couple of races in a sitting when I get chance, rather than just one!
