  1. Well I can see now why nobody guessed what it was! Nice little surprise, nonetheless ๐Ÿ˜„
  2. Drat, so no Polo or anything that @JorritVD listed ๐Ÿ˜ญ Get your thinking caps on, fellow forum members - we've got guesswork to do! ๐Ÿง
  3. Another dream I have is a livery pack in which Codies have got a bunch of liveries from DR1, D4 and maybe even older games and ported them over to DR2 - always no harm in having a ton of nice livery options per car! ๐Ÿ˜
  4. Such as enabling of the folder method for DLC car liveries?
  5. 2017-spec Polo which was never actually homologated for the WRC? I can dream! ๐Ÿ˜
  6. So the moral of the story is - do some research before slagging off the devs, otherwise you might just find yourself being a bit wrong! ๐Ÿ˜œ
  7. I don't know which year's car this is from, but it would appear that Codies have remodelled the interior based on an actual car, instead of just putting in what looks pretty ๐Ÿค” Edit: found another image of the same interior, with caption stating that it's from the 2001 model.
  8. I swear I've seen this exact same discussion somewhere before....
  9. I'd also enjoy dailies that you don't need to own the car in My Team for - like the dailies in DR1 - and where everyone has maximum upgrades and a fixed setup to level the playing field further.
  10. My question is: is the natural difference in development over 6 years offset by the banning of active suspension, active front & rear diffs, water injection and the requirement for parts to last longer between changes enforced in 2006 - would the car with less development but looser regs be about the same pace as a more developed car with tighter regs?
  11. Seeing as Codies like to sort out anything post-1990 into their respective regulation groups, if we were to split the 2000cc class I'd say a reasonable point to split it would be pre-2006 (Fabia, Focus '01, Impreza '01, 206) and post-2005 (C4, Focus '07, Impreza '08). This is because the World Rally Car regulations were adjusted from 2006 onwards - front and rear differentials became mechanical, active suspension & water injection were banned and certain parts had to last longer. On another note, AFAIK only the Xsara (Petter drove one in 2009 - nudge nudge, wink wink!) was homologated
  12. It seems apparent to me that the fans want literally every Subaru from the Legacy onwards that's ever competed in top-level rallying in the game... Group A - Legacy Group A - Impreza 95 (already in game) World Rally Car (2000cc 4WD) - Impreza 97 2000cc 4WD - Impreza 01 (season 3) 2000cc 4WD - Impreza 03 2000cc 4WD - Impreza 06 2000cc 4WD - Impreza 08 (season 1) Not that I'd mind that happening... ๐Ÿ˜œ
  13. I wonder if the Legacy and 97 Impreza sound was recorded to implement in similar cars I.e. 97 Impreza sound being used on the 2001 Impreza in game?
  14. Even though it might require a renegotiation of pretty much every sponsor licensing deal Codies have done for DR2.0, I'd love to have the livery editor like in D4 back - you could create some really fabulous stuff even with just that! (I attach some nice ones I found dotted around the internet)
  15. Do you think these cars are on fire? ๐Ÿค”๐Ÿ˜œ
  16. Given that Codies seems to have good relations with Petter Solberg and have some of his liveries in the game, and have now got one from his father-in-law on the Stratos, maybe some strings could be pulled so we have one of his brother's liveries on the Focus? ๐Ÿ˜
  17. Group N would fit in the NR4 class I imagine, seeing as NR4 is basically Group N with a couple of bonus alphanumeric characters as far as I know
  18. Although it competed in 2001, like the Focus, Impreza and 206 WRC cars, the Evo VI was built to an entirely different set of regulations - it was the last of the Group A cars, of course. It's abundantely clear that the Group A and World Rally Car 2000cc classes are sorted by their respective regulation set, as is every other class that isn't called "H(number)". Hence I understand Codies putting the Evo VI (which was first competing in 1999) into the Group A class and not the World Rally Car 2000cc class.
  19. It's entirely possible that Codies had those cars on the wishlist, did some minor work on each car i.e. sound recordings and either owners got the wrong impression (that the cars absolutely would be in DR2) or CM changed their minds or hit a stumbling block. Or best-case scenario for us fans is that the content is being held for a possible future season of DR2!
  20. Season 4 will add the 2019 liveries for those cars
  21. Most of the liveries in DR1 were good as well ๐Ÿ‘
  22. Would it not be feasible to port over some of the DR1/D4 liveries (the ones made without the D4 livery editor templates always looked good to me) to DR2.0, provided that Codies had the appropriate logo licenses? ๐Ÿค”
