  1. have seen similar issues reported for F1 2019, but I have not seen this posted for Dirt Rally 2.0 Random Sound Drop Oculus i5 8600K Logitech G29 Random sound dropout is a huge problem. I've tried to figure out what triggers it, but cannot. For me, it happens on average about 1 hour into the game. When it happens, I can only hear gravel noises. Changing the current Output Device to Oculus Rift fixes it temporarily. If it happens again, you have to choose the default sound device, then back to Oculus Rift. DxDiag.txt
  2. Deleting hardware_config_settings.ini fixes the UI elements but I can no longer connect to RaceNet. However, chagning this line: <resolution width="1920" height="1080" aspect="auto" to this: <resolution width="1366" height="768" aspect=".56" fixed the problem. But I imagine I will have the same problem if I run the game in Desktop mode again.
  3. The game runs great. Love it. However, after the 1.8 update, I get squished/distorted overlay text (Turn Hints, Time, Progress, "Hold Handbrake, etc.) The only other thing that I think would matter is that I have also run the game in desktop mode with "-novr" but I run the game normally through Oculus home.
