I, of course, like every respectable and serious player of this game have disabled all the assists. Assists are for beginners and definitely affect the way you enjoy this game. What I find preposterous is that people racing with assists enabled are allowed to set their race time in the leaderboards, which is completely unfair. How can you compete fairly when you have all Assists disabled against some newbie with all the Assists enabled ? Of course his/her times will be better with the assists ... Players using Assists should not be able to set their race times in the leaderboards. @PJTierney did you think about this guys or not ?

Actually you are on topic ๐ We are not !

Of course everybody has different necessities. Personally with mortgage, family and kid I prefer to earn a bit less but to have all the rest of the advantages and guarantees.
-
Yeah of course man. That's normal. There are pros and cons in being a freelancer compared to being an employee. One big pro is earning more as a freelancer the big con are the risks involved and no holiday pay ๐

That's sick man. How can this be possibly legal ? Basically in the US you are allowed to work yourself to death ... that's insane and inhuman. Here in Europe thank god employers cannot make you work more than a certain amount of hours a week (which in NL is 60 hours) by law. A company allowing a worker to work more than 60 hours/week is committing a crime and in the worst case scenario the government would even force the company to shut down. This is human and thank god we are protected. The number of paid days off in Europe is between 20 and 30 days + national holidays according to the country.

Enjoy man ! ๐

That's sick. Only 2 weeks ... insane ๐

Wow. How comes you have such a long break ? How many vacation days you have in a year ? In my current job I have 27 days off a year + national holidays.

@PJTierney I never tried but if I enable hardcore damage does it reflect the real life rally damages ? What I mean is when I watch a video of a real rally stage I see sometimes it is enough to touch a rock on the side of the track to screw the car entirely and force the crew to retire. In DR2 I can crash at high speed, roll over 10 times and still being able to drive the car (which is a good thing btw) ๐

I understand you perfectly. Work, kid, wife and friends here. Not so much time free for myself as well but I kinda manage to play 2 hours every two days more or less. I have also noticed that switching from the T-150 to the T-300 RS improved greatly my gameplay and times. The T-300 RS is a lot more precise than the T-150 ๐

I thought the same initially. Instead I proved to myself that practice and the right tuning makes you better and better. At the beginning I was even thinking the top of the rankings were full of cheaters because I thought how could they possibly be even 1 minute or more faster than me ? Practice and persistence made me 20th in Sweden R5 (Algsjon sprint) and I play only since a couple of months. I am sure I still have quite a bit of margin for improvements if I keep on practicing ๐

Someone said interrogation here ? ๐

Are you sure ? ๐ basically the Lightning McQueen car is a Dodge Viper ahah well not really but close enough still
-
Maybe this one ? LOL

"a dry trill" ! That's the hidden clue guys ๐ It will be dry and it will be exciting lol Let's hope it is not "a drill try". It would not be as cool as the "a dry trill" ahahah It is not "dry ill rat" right @PJTierney ? ๐

He said the T word ! He said the T word ! ๐ ๐

Still the 22B had 280hp and with a little tuning of the gearbox it could make 0-60mph in a little more than 5 seconds. Sure it is not like the rally one but to be a commercial car it is not bad imho ๐

It is the one in which I perform better. I love it that is why I broke so much the balls to have those DLC @PJTierney for ages ๐

I really dont think so dude ๐ The cheapest costs 8k pounds and it goes up to 45k pounds. It is all high quality steel. I guess even if you jump on the attachment that holds the wheel it won't even shake. It is used also by real racing teams for training. I think the whole sim rig is easily over 200 kg. "Industrial strength chassis" they say https://www.vesaro.com/store/pc/viewPrd.asp?idproduct=673&idcategory=6

My god it is beautiful ... what a dream it would be

@Ialyrn How do you do this ? Pardon my ignorance .. I want this too. Is it going to appear only in the video recordings or also in-game ? Thanks !

@tbtstt This is the Subaru WRX STI Limited edition 2020 so it might be possible we will get the rally one. That would be nice ๐
