Hi there, ive bought this wheel but the game doesn't have the wheel listed. Does anyone know when they will update this?

I bought the game well before the wheel. When they advertised the wheel they said it would be compatible with the new F1 game. Yes the force and wheel works, the rev counter doesn't and if it did it would add a whole new element to the game.

So frustrating when you pay so much for all its features and you can't use it

What about the REV counter? Is this advice for the G923?

Any ideas when this wheel is going to be compatible with F1 2020? Had it for a few weeks now and really wanting to use its features. Cheers

Not to sure, my wheel is fine. Just dont have the trueforce or rev counter working.

Is that for Xbox 1 or Pc because I've tried finding it with not alot of luck?

Yeah the wheel works fine, The force back from it is immense, easily the best wheel around to date. So light to use aswell and to feel everything through the wheel is great. I thought that would be the case, hopefully they bring an update soon as the rev counter would be awesome.

1. A detailed description of the issue. As per post above, Online service pages comes up everytime 2. Platform Xbox 3. What version of the game you are using (Shown on the start screen in the bottom left corner of the screen) 1.02 4. Game-mode? Its just when you start the game trying to connect to online 5. What are your replication numbers? Minimum test attempts are 4. Please also add EXACT replication steps for us to try too. Ive tried it multiple times when starting the game. It's since the most recent update this issue has happened. Probaly over 50 attempts to fix it. 6. What troubleshooting have you attempted? Please always try to attempt to fix the issue. Do you have the latest drivers? Have you check your connectivity settings? Disconnected internet and connected to another with the same issue happening. Tested network connection and it is good. 7. Please provide a video recording of your game crashing so we can see where the issue occurs? I dont have a video of it as I'm away from home, But the picture explains what happens. When I press retry it spins around but then pops back up again with the same message and code. 8. [ For PC ] – Please add a DXDiag to your post.

Having trouble connecting to online services, my internet is fine but will not let me connect in the game. Tried heaps to get it to work with no result. This is the pages I revice when trying to get online Any suggestions???
