  1. Do you think that Oculus users are included in that everyone or will they be left out just like the world championship and the DLC access?
  2. Could be worse, you could have bought from Oculus only to discover that you only bought half the game and that the DLC is never coming, so you have to buy again from Steam if you want the other half.
  3. Is this coming to Oculus store users or are they left out again?

DiRTy Gossip about DIRT Rally Games

Is this really for all players, or is there a really small asterisk about players that bought from a certain store not getting it?
  5. Was there a solution to this? I just had it happen again today.

    This would be so awesome.

I could always bring back the discussion about the lack of DLC support on Oculus. That and the claw back of the season pass. That was a **** move.
  8. In DR1 Jamsa was one of the fastest tracks and a filtered my car through the trees many times. With DR2 being almost universally faster, I feel really bad for my Porsche when inevitably use the forest as a brake assist.

The one with the Pokemon Livery? This is how it popped up in my twitter feed.
  10. Is this coming to Oculus, or should I just give up?

At some point you might look at a BMW X3 or X5. Power, Space, and ground clearance. I think that is where I am going after my '14 WRX stops being right for me.

Think about how the folks who bought this on Oculus feel. They still get no DLCs.

DiRT Rally 2.0 - Input on Inputs!

The wheel software has been giving me problems lately. I was hoping this wasn't another problem associated with that.
  14. One way I look at is that I have a pretty high end PC and I still can't run this game at maxed out settings. What improvements to DR3 would even be possible without a major jump in computing power. I would love a game with the soft-body dynamics of BeamNG, the terrain deformation of Spintires, the model fidelity of DR2, the car count of an early GT game but I would also like run it without melting my computer or spending Train Simulator $ on it. I will go ahead and vote for more DLC (even if it never gets released on Oculus*) *I got impatient and bought the game again on Steam,
  15. Can we get some notification somewhere so I don't discover that things are not working after setting up my rig? It is way better to know before I get started than to set up and then fail.
  16. It is down for me, which is a bit of a drag

Really I want a 2014 WRX in the game. Preferably in Dark Gray Metallic and as close to stock as possible because I want to feel like I am rallying my daily driver.

DiRT Rally 2.0 - Input on Inputs!

Did this update (1.9) remove the self centering wheel force on menus for anybody else or did this just happen to me? It is weird feeling and I preferred it the old way.

It could use more Evos, but it also needs MOAR Subarus. It needs the 2011 hatch WRX it needs the Hawk Eye WRX, and for the Historics it needs a 360. It also needs a classic Justy and Brat.

Of course they might sell a bit more if they opened up by selling to folks who bought it on the Oculus Store. Or maybe they are hoping I will drop the $120 and buy it off Steam.

I going to need to figure out how that works.

Would car specific input mapping be possible? I would love to have flappy paddle cars, H Pattern cars and sequential cars, depending on what the car actually has.

I will be anxiously awaiting the reviews on the new version of Oculus on Steam.

I think I said it badly. The tracking on the new rift is very good. The actual controllers don't feel as good in your hand. The physical balance of the controller is top heavy. As to the comfort issue, when I first got the Rift S I found it pretty uncomfortable. However there is a little button on the bottom of the headset that lets you adjust the distance of the eye piece from your face and by tweaking that, it is now more comfortable than the old rift and much easier to adjust for other players. The documentation of that button is sorely lacking.

I had the Rift, it broke and now have the Rift S. The S has a lot less screen door than the old Rift. It looks really good but it still isn't to where you could use it as a monitor. Set up is much faster which nice because you will have to run through the set up almost every week. The new touch controllers are not as nice in the hand as the old ones as the balance has gone to hell.
