    Reset Progress

Save Management: Reset progress Reset All Reset Racenet Data Ok, I have the DLC so started with 2.5 million + some starter cars. I've spent that just to play around and would like to start from scratch again. Can anyone tell me what the different reset options will reset me to balance/car wise? Do I get reset to $0 and no cars, or am I reset to what came with the DLC packs ie: $2.5Mill + starter cars? What do the different reset options do to my balance and cars? It's just very unclear as to what happens in the in game help text, which is why I'm asking. Thanks in advance.

    Reset Progress

Thanks for the confirmation. I guess I'll play a bit longer before chancing it.

Well, that's a real bummer. Plus it's inconsistent. If you get the credits back (which you should be when doing a reset to your initial starting conditions) then you should also get the car bonuses back too.

Many thanks! >>Reset RaceNet Data: All cars removed from Garage (except Lancia Fulvia HF and Opel Corsa Super 1600) Credits reverted back to starting level So while your credit bonuses from season content apparently gets re-credited your car bonuses from season content doesn't?

So you can't actually confirm it then. Can someone from Codemasters actually please give a definitive answer to this? Surely you know how the game works?

    Reset Progress

Sorry, maybe I wasn't being clear. I'm not one of the start from scratch complainers who want their starting bonus and cars deleted so they can grind from zero. I just wanted confirmation that if I reset progress that I get reset back to what I started with, which was $2.5 mill plus the starter cars - which is my "zero" or initial conditions? Which reset settings do that? And if I've bought a car what happens to the value of that when I reset? Does it get re-credited back?

Dirt Rally 2.0 - Telemetry Tool

Looks great. Can we download it for simhub?
  9. *** don't they implement a proper offline mode for single player? What is wrong with this company that regards paying customers with such contempt for their time by implementing a game with such a terrible UX?

DiRT Rally 2.0 - Version 1.9 VR Feedback

What platform you're playing on (Steam or Oculus). - Steam in Steam VR mode What headset you're using. Rift V2 (Oculus Start Developer Program) What your PC setup/build is like (graphics card, processor etc.). Ryzen 3700x 32GB RAM RTX 2060 Whether you're a Standard or Deluxe user (Steam only). Standard Whether or not you have any non-standard peripherals connected, like steering wheels, gaming mice etc. XBox xontroller compatible Razer Wolverine Tournament edition What happens: I just bought the game on Steam and started testing it out in VR. (thanks for the free Dirt Rally 1 a little while back too!) I can use Ultra mode, but high settings seems smoother as there's some "smearing" in Ultra which is a little subliminally annoying. Game seems great, cars nice and weighty, slip n' slide. Easy to figure out. I have AC, ACC, WRC 8, DR1 to compare against. A bug report and some feedback. >>BUG The bug is that when the Hud is shown the Hud aspect ratio gets screwed up on the horizontal dimension so it looks warped. It started happening after I tested different graphics quality settings. I can't put my finger on the trigger to cause this to happen, but it seems permanent now as it's set that way whenever I go into any freeplay mode. The only way to reset it is to be to change the basic graphics settings, eg change MSAA up or down then apply and it goes back to the correct aspect ratio. Really annoying to have to do every time though. >>General Feedback >>Rain Rain with car lights is terrible from the cockpit view through the window imho. It seems very high contrast and not nice to look at. In the other views it seems ok though, so I'd say that's a lighting issue that should be looked at to make the in cockpit rain view nice. My benchmark rain comparison tests here are ACC for VR and WRC 8 for flatscreen. My test was Freeplay/Time trial/Argentina first stage you see and set to Dusk/Heavy Rain. This was in VR. I just tested in Flatscreen and it's "ok" so it's also specific to VR.
