    Can you check your router settings and run a speed test on a PC. Wired connections would improve the gameplay experience, not hinder them. Is it possible to move the Xbox setup closer to the router and test to see if its the nature of the connection?

    Correct. Even I need a weekend. This looks like it could be a bandwidth issue perhaps. What other devices have you got that use the Internet, and could compromise Bandwidth? Are there multiple users in the household.

    As a troubleshooting measure we do recommend a wired connection, as this can prove to be problematic. Maybe one of your friends has a different (Moderate, Strict) NAT type which is preventing you playing with them.

Can you grab a report code if possible, which is done by Main Menu > Game Options > Settings > Bottom left hand corner of the screen (16 digits) in-game. That code is valid throughout the whole session.

    Thanks @MattWren00 First recommendation is to move to a Wired connection if possible as that will drastically improve your gameplay experience across all games. We tested this with another user and online stability improved dramatically. Can you connect to other modes fine? Do you also experience this in Unranked Lobbies?

Hi @hermespires, If you are experiencing this issue post 1.08, please add the following detail so we can investigate: A full bug report A screenshot of your FFB settings A video of you not being able to change the settings? Are the settings greyed out, or are you just unable to edit. Or can you change the settings, but you can't experience the difference. We've not seen wider reports of this issue, so providing the information above will be critical for us to help you.

  15. Do you have 'Instant on' enabled? There has been reports on Xbox forums with some issues with 'Instant on'. Turned off Instant on' and the problem went away (after a reboot) Does this also happen for other games? Can you access other gamemodes? Does this only happen in MyTeam? Also, have you checked Network Connectivity Settings and tested your connection in the 'settings' on the console? Can you run a power cycle and see if that helps.

  17. Would be dependant on a few variables, including the system used to connect to players. I still think there is a wider issue, but I've spoke to the network team and we've checked internally and cannot see any reasons for the issues. Could be the users you are connecting to? Is it only this error code you are seeing? Longshot here, but do you have more than 1 profile on your Xbox? Can you try removing the unneeded ones, and running with one profile. I'll confess, this idea is a longshot here.
  18. @GethinJ44 I'd recommend changing to Wired connection firstly, as Wireless isn't great for gaming, and your 66ms latency supports that. From my gaming experience, a solid connection is around 16ms.
  19. The fact a few select players seem to be experiencing it a lot more than others implies it's something that is exacerbated by local conditions. Available network bandwidth is the only realistic candidate at the moment.

  21. Hi @C0DEmASTerS, Can you provide some video of where the game resets the acclaim, and also a copy of your save game so we can investigate. Also, please add a bug report for the SC issue you are experiencing as well with steps of replication so I can attempt myself.
  22. Hi everyone, To give all an update here regarding the error code. The error indicates a loss of connectivity with Microsoft's back-end servers. We initially suspected that it might be caused by the game generating more network traffic than the customer's connection could handle, but from the screenshots the bandwidth looks good and the packet loss isn't bad. It's possible that a heavily-shared network could become compromised though, like Zoom calls going on in another room or something. Can users confirm on how shared their network is?
  23. Hi @DanW19, We are waiting for a savegame to try to find the issue and diagnose. At the moment, there is nothing I can recommend at this time, apologies. Xbox doesnt have the facility for us to save/restore save games I'm afraid. I'll try and get further recommendations for you when I can.
