    I think possibly an update on the schedule and how the patching process works may be needed, especially for newer users of the forums. Bug reports, in full, are vital to feedback and game development. They act as a light for us. Without them and all the information, we cannot see your issue, and can't even begin to investigate. Codemasters have to be able to reliably and consistently be able to replicate the issue internally too, to identify any problem areas deeper routed in the game We have to diagnose and find a solution for the issue. This can take time. Unfortunately, there is no 'magic wand' (we wish there was) and to find a solution that works reliably can vary in terms of length of time to achieve We then have to be confident that the fix works EVERYWHERE. This requires extensive testing to ensure our solution is the right one for public release. This all takes time. More experienced forum users are aware of this, and understand that issues take time to replicate, diagnose and work on a fix we are confident in. We prioritise issues to add to patch schedules wherever possible. I think being called 'lazy' is unfair on people who gives a LOT of their time to help improve the game every day.

  4. Hi guys, We're still investigating this. I think the next measure is to provide savegames on this for analysis. I've tried to replicate it myself, as have the testing team, and we haven't experienced any consistent results like your own. If you can provide savegame versions (obvs, please back them up so you can continue playing), we can check the coding and try and diagnose any issues

    Okay, I have to MAJORLY interfere here. Whereas people have every right to an opinion on the game based on their own individual experiences, this quote above is simply not true, and something I've taken offence to (Which as most regular forum members know takes a LOT). I absolutely believe that this is not just incorrect, but exactly the opposite. I've worked at Codemasters for nearly a year now, and can confirm that the guys and girls here care immensely about the product and improving the game. If not, why would we add a totally new mode, something that only fans could dream of 3 years ago (I can say that because I'm a fan too!) There's a commitment to a product here that I've not experienced in my working life before and, to be honest, it's made me 'up my game' to get to that level. @AoiAsahina, you are more than free to mention names to me in Private Message's and I can go and confirm this statement with them directly. I simply believe this to be totally untrue.
  6. Thanks for all of your responses - the information has allowed us to identify how and why this issue has occurred. We have been working to identify all affected users and resolve this issue. This has only affected a group of Xbox digital pre-order customers. Working alongside Microsoft, we believe we now have a solution in place. We will provide more information when we have a specific date. Please be assured that we are treating this issue as a top priority and we hope to resolve it as soon as we can. We sincerely apologise and many thanks for the patience you have shown.

  17. Seems really strange, as I can't repro on PC or Xbox, so far that I've tried. I'll pass this onto our testing team with your reports and see if they can replicate. Please continue to add full reports and feedback where possible, might help us discover a method of replication
  18. Happy its working for you mate, and thank you for feeding back to us. Hopefully other users can use this work around. Is still weird though. Must be an identification of existing controls issue.
  19. And you play with keyboard AND controller right? Looks like there is two controllers there, are they both connected via wired, or some via Bluetooth. I think there is a connectivity issue somewhere where controllers are not identifying profiles properly IMO. @RehanA's diagnosis is fantastic work, and I'm just seeing if his theory is translated to PC too.

  21. Thanks for the DXDiag. Silly question here, is your PS4 controller on our supported list. This might be a route of the issue perhaps, but you do say that the controller works fine in other modes? Is that true? From the DXDiag, you have a Joypad Warrior PS4 controller, which isn't on there.

    To answer your points here: Bug reports are vital to identify issues and to see if people are experiencing any differences. I can understand your frustration but, as experienced members of these forums will agree, working with us in identifying a problem is much more appreciated than just saying there is. I empathise for the collective frustration in this thread, but I do feel that this one has a very negative tone to it. Please try to treat others with respect and provide information requested so we can diagnose this issue
  23. I've just attempted replication on the Xbox with a TMX (the wheel I have used since Lockdown) in TT and couldn't reproduce the issue. Are people using custom binding settings in their wheel? I used the default TMX settings available for my test and all worked as expected. I have a feeling this issue is a binding one, and certain functions may have been double assigned. Consider resetting wheel mapping or trying on default and letting me know please.

    Thank you for the bug report @Fabianocandido8. if others can follow that example please, would be really appreciated. Could you also check wheel settings in the Pause Menu, as there might be binding issue. I'll give it a go on Xbox now.
  25. We are still unable to replicate this internally @RamboDoBrasil, and from our tests, we cannot replicate the problem. Replication is vital as we need the coding and information to diagnose a problem. Can people (who are on PC) attach DXDiag's please. @RehanA's bug report is a great one to follow also, so we can see each issue in full. On your report Rehan, does SS work okay with 2 controllers? '
