Hi @DANDREWTHOMSON, With the 'suggestions' section, things like evidence, videos and photos with proof help my case for suggestions. Stating something like "tracks need to be better" is far too general of a comment for Developers to realistically begin to action. How long have you played the game? Replicate. Ideas behind it. Evidence. For suggestions, being realistic and specific will give me more change to report something that could be looked at, and then potentially updated

No worries @Des0xyN. Will lock thread as complete. 👍 -
by design Can't name MyTeam "Honda"
BarryBL replied to Des0xyN's topic in Gameplay Issues and Bugs TA
By Design, would be a conflict in licensing issues. Works the same with Ferrari, Williams etc. Honda is intellectual property and already has properties in the F1 game. -
Official release date is midnight in your region pending your version of pre-order

solved Game crashing when going into MyTeam Race
BarryBL replied to Beastnumber2's topic in Systems and Connectivity TA
In your save @Beastnumber2, what race-suit do you have on? If you have a Racenet or Schumacher DLC suit applied, please change to something different and try again. Good standard of reporting though, love to see that 👍 -
As discussed in other forum areas, we have to follow the approved official scheduling for 2020, which is the initial calendar. To build a game around an unknown calendar would be impossible, especially if they add tracks we don't have available (e.g rumour mill mentioning Mugello). It would be like FIFA adding the new world-cup format for the Champions League for example and potentially have 5 new stadiums to add into the game (Doesn't affect me as an Arsenal fan mind).

Welcome to the Multiplayer Bug Reporting template. Please complete the below with as much information as possible to help us diagnose the problem. A detailed description of the issue. Platform What version of the game you are using (Shown on the start screen in the bottom left corner of the screen) Ranked/Unranked/Leagues Wired or Wireless Connection? The amount of players in your session? Were you the host? Did this issue happens for everyone in the session, just some people or just yourself? What did they see? We need to be able to make your problem happen internally so we can fix the issue. Can you make the problem happen again? How do you make the problem happen? Can you add a report code. How to find this is in Main Menu > Game Options > Settings > 16 digit code in the bottom left of the screen. Please make sure that this is the code from the session you had the issue in. Adding report codes from as many users in your session as possible would be really helpful here. Video of the issue, including timestamps. Did you stream the session? The aim of this forum is to encourage debate and discussion about Codemasters and F1 games. It is a broad topic and open discussion is welcome. I have added this here as the copy of the forum rules from the "Introduce Yourself" page Forum Guidelines Summarised These Forum Rules of our message board can easily be summed up with this statement: ‘You agree, through your use of this service, that you will not use this Forum to post any material which is knowingly false and/or defamatory, inaccurate, abusive, vulgar, hateful, harassing, obscene, profane, sexually oriented, threatening, invasive of a person's privacy, or otherwise violate of any law. You’ve found a problem and don’t know how to correctly report it. Below are the key rules in Bug Reporting in our forums. Following these and the template available help us improve the game. Also, a key factor of deciding who gets invited to our programs that reach out for community testers, like the BETA programs for new games, is bug reporting skills and feedback. Create good reports, and there’s a good chance we’ll accept your application onto such programmes in the future 👍 Before reporting, check the ‘Known Issues’ thread to see if we are already away of the problem. Use the top right search bar to see if the issue has already been reported by someone else. Maybe we’ve already seen your issue, and possibly solved it. If you find the same open report, add your bug report, in full, to that post. Complete the template in full. Having an incomplete bug report doesn’t provide us the information we need to action your report and will be tagged ‘awaiting information’. If, after 7 days, your report has not been updated, it will be deleted. This is so we can manage the threads on the forums better. Good titles make good reports. Having a descriptive title, identifying gamemode, platform, problem and replication stats really improves the chance of your problem being looked at, understood and solved. Other people can get involved on your post too then. Something like – [Xbox][Rewards screen] – Incorrect text in Rewards screen (5/5) is a great example to follow. Provide screenshots and video where possible. Add the video in the 'Choose Files' section below or unlisted video if it’s too big. Having something to watch directly really helps us understand your issue. One bug per report. Posting multiple bugs is not useful for us and doesn’t give your fellow community members a chance to contribute to your reports. It also compromises our ‘tagging’ system so we can’t feed information back to you. Multiple bug reports will also be deleted. Only post a bug report after you have attempted replication 4 times. A one-off bug with no method of replication is useless to us. If you only see it once, don't report it until you can make it happen regularly. Instead of digging and trying to work out a Replication method for something that might or might not exist, we can use our time to report accurate bugs and fix definite problems. [Multiplayer] - REPORT CODES, REPORT CODES, REPORT CODES. This is the 16-digit code in the bottom left of your screen. We need as many of these from Multiplayer as possible. Get yours, your teammates, your rivals, Jeff's, Carl's, everyone's. Add as many report codes from that session you can, all in the same report, helps us find issues and notice problems. Just as a final reminder, incomplete or reports breaking these rules will be tagged with ‘awaiting information’ and, if not updated, deleted within 7 days. We want to try our absolute best to respond to as many reports as possible, and we had a lot of reports last year that didn’t provide anything we could use and took up a LOT of forum space.

Bug - Dutch flag shows wrong on cars etc
BarryBL replied to dhagens1965's topic in Technical Assistance
Please complete bug report @dhagens1965 and specify game version and iteration. -
Sure, I think that's fair. So, to elaborate a little, we haven't sacrificed graphics quality because of Split-screen. We haven't sacrificed anything on the graphics front at all, and should perform to at least the same standard. Examples here when the game has been released @SAL_LippiArsenal would be useful. Split-screen runs at 30FPS to accommodate for 2 players, but that is the only area of the game to do so. All other areas of the game are unaffected.

Hi everyone, You all thought we were done for today, didn't you? On the back of 2 weeks of very successful and useful BETA testing, we have had extensive feedback from our current player base and we are looking at putting those into action. For BETA Week 3, with date TBC, I'm delighted to announce we will be DOUBLING the amount of BETA testers for the program!! This is due to the overwhelming feedback and our desire to test and improve the Multiplayer experience for F1® 2020. To do this, we need more drivers in lobbies, battling it out online and making sure our experience performs to standard. I have already compiled a shortlist, so please, no applications and messages to request. Any messages of this nature will just be deleted. This list was compiled over the following conditions: Previous applications completed correctly in full upon original BETA sign-up. Users record with Codemasters, having no previous incidents where adding a person is deemed potentially unhelpful to the BETA testing experience. Defined conditions on what game-modes they wanted to test. Adding Multiplayer as a priority was essential here. If unsuccessful, don't worry. We had a record amount of applications and, even with the numbers doubled, couldn't even get close to all applicants on. If you are successful and receive a code and access in the next week, congratulations. However, the current BETA standard is incredibly high. Also, remember you have been added to race in the Multiplayer arena of the game. Please get used to the new-look forum, and follow the lead of the new testers. All information will be in the forums waiting for you 🙂 . Codes are TBC as to when they will be sent out to users, we just wanted to give you as much information as early as we can! This makes Week 3 by far the BIGGEST BETA test we've ever conducted. We want to make the Multiplayer experience the best it can be, and we hope you appreciate our new effort in getting much more information and racers than ever before!
