    Can you please provide a complete bug report @Shamball with video. Also, can you confirm running wired/wireless. Basically, can you add your information that @swifishy has kindly provided previous.

    Silly question @swifishy, have you tried when other people are on the Internet as well? Does this make it worse?


  4. From going on the profiles of the users affected, has this only happened to people on Xbox One? Can someone with a PS4 or PC confirm if this has happened to them?

    Got another solution, I would recommend trying to remove and re-add your account. To check the email being used with the gamertag, go to Settings > Account > sign-in, security & passkey;in middle column at the top it will say "show on home" if it is checked it will rotate from gamertag and email on homepage. If it is not check marked, it will show in this box.

     


  5. Its more a case of:

    • Can you make a chosen issue of yours happen again? If so, tell us how you did that as instructions so we can follow them and find it for ourselves.
    • Some of these lack detail. Point 1 is simply a upcoming performance update, can you make the others happen again? Have you seen them once, or more?
    • Per the bug reporting rules, we do advise people to post a bug report for each individual issue.

    Also, you added this into the GRID forums. I've moved into F1 2020.

  8. Can you please attach your savegame so we can take a look, and also add a video of you trying to re-enter MyTeam.

    How to copy a save game

    1. Insert a USB drive in to your PS4.
    2. On the PS4 go to Settings, Application Saved Data Management, Saved Data In System Storage, Copy to USB Storage.
    3. Select your F1 save and copy it to the USB.
    4. Remove the USB and put it in to a PC.
    5. Compress the PS4 folder to a zip file.
    6. Attach file to this thread.
