Hi @JTLopez,
Can you provide your details similar to @TCLextremgx when possible please. Just trying to find if there is any issues in your sessions. Online settings and connectivity would be really useful here.

Yes there is, and it’s 41.9 mb. So it looks like there’s something there but the game isn’t using it
Can you transfer that to a USB to back up the save (Please do this first), and then go to My Games and Apps > F1 2020 > Start button > Manage Games and Apps, Left Hand side> Select file > Delete from Console > Uninstall and re-install game.
This should re-install the game and save from the cloud, and might help. Please back up your save to USB and do not select 'Delete from Everything' in the save game options, or the save is gone.

Ah, I see the issue here. Basically, its either:
- Incorrect amount of laps for the Practice Programme (least likely)
- We need to remove the other two lap options from the Practice programme (most likely). With devs. 👍

By Design. You finished the program, and pressing 'Return to Garage' ends that run. Did not finish the 2 available laps left in the programme, some comes as a DNF.

Can you access the savegames through the Cloud? This is key here.
You can check if there is still a savegame file around on the Xbox. Go to Home > My Games and Apps > F1 2020 > Start Button > Manage Game and Apps. On the list on the left hand side, should be a section saying save game data and a number on it.

Hi @Lewh3
Thanks for adding your issue. However, we require all bug reports to follow and complete the template below. This is critical information Codemasters needs to be able to see your bug clearly. Link:
Please add your bug report onto this thread or I will not be able to replicate or diagnose.

Hi @Davidj7077,
I believe this is by design here. Did you pause the game and select 'Return to Garage' or did you complete the 3 laps you have to complete the programme. Also, you managed to complete the objective on the first try, rendering the other two runs irrelevant. I'm guessing you 'Return to Garage' after completing, showing you didn't finish the other two runs available for the program.
If you failed, or simply 'passed' you have 2 more runs In that program.

@TCLextremgx, quick one if possible, is your friend on the forums?
I've done some investigating here, and I think there is an issue somewhere in one of your setups that is causing this issue.

Thanks everyone for the feedback on this.
We had extensive discussions with Valve on this and they came back to us with a fix for this issue late last night (BST time).
We are still looking for immediate feedback, confirming the issue is no longer there, after we have checked internally too. Apologies for the inconvenience caused.

Massive thanks everyone, keep them coming!
To update where I can, the issue has been raised, with high importance, to our dev and network team. Once I have any update, I will add here 👍

There are so many bugs that have been in the game for YEARS(!!) especially in multiplayer, how have they not been fixed & why are you releasing a game that still had the same bugs from 2016? Why does have to be codemasters that hold the rights to F1
To put this back on topic, this has been a issue that came up yesterday, and we are working on a fix. If you have experienced the issue in question, please follow the lead of some of our users who have kindly provided the requested information to help us track this down. 👍

Perfect @Peaches1872, top class reporting and thanks for helping. Report codes are the key here, more the better.

We still need the individual error codes and the bug reports, even if they are similar reports. Helps us understand the quantity of the issue and the error codes help us track trends and help us diagnose the problem.

@Dudeidawpuez please see my previous message and provide feedback like @CheggyBeRacin and @notsomahsoom kindly have. Will really help our investigation.
-
Oh also, apologies, can you add if this is still happening to you.
-
Hi everyone,
Apologies. We did notice this and are currently investigating the issue internally and with our first-party partners.
Can ALL USERS AFFECTED add their completed individual bug reports as this will be essential. (Please use the template @CheggyBeRacin used) Also, accessing your report code will help too. How to do this is by Main Menu > Game Options > Settings > Bottom left hand corner of the screen (16 digits) in-game. That code is valid throughout the whole session.
The more users providing this information will help us in identifying and resolving this problem.

Will we receive credit for them once the next series of the Podium Pass is released or do they not count and are voided? Sorry, but I am very curious as I have been at level 30 for a few weeks now.
Hi @Getts0388
Congrats for hitting Level 30. Unfortunately, this is the cap for the season so any additional XP won't roll over into Season 2

Why did you not make them visible when you are in the pause menu (during a race) as it was last year. Was always super easy to find, and when you recorded a clip, you could always see it at the end of it.
Would be super helpful to bring it back to the pause menu, rather than main menu.
Great shout, in the plans to update.

Closed as 'by design'. Level 30 is the maximum for the Podium Pass
