@BarryBL Ok, I can understand you can't access files stored locally, but as you said saves are stored on the cloud as well? Why you / gamers can't accees the cloud for the specific account in case it's needed? I understand it's impossible to store all saves of all the users, but in case the latest save is stored for each account then it's possible to get to it, and I don't think it would be too diffcilt to store just 2 latest saves to prevent such situations

Understand that, but it would be impossible from a technical standpoint to store others saves. Also, we don't know how many active savegames users are on, so how would we pick? I can empathise your frustration on losing a save, but from a technical standpoint, would not be possible. Maybe go through your Cloud files (on whichever platform you are on), but we do recommend (as with all games) to make/keep a backup incase. I've lost plenty of Football manager saves through not backing up the files.

@BarryBL How is it possible? So in case any gamer get his save corrupted for some reason which is not dependent on him - once again, he is just playing and it's your responsibility to get all the saves of the progress correct and game working correctly - he will loose all the progress and have to start from the very begining? That's a very bad experience

I can understand your frustration however, saves are stored locally/on the cloud. Unfortunately, these are out of our jurisdiction. Why we (and other companies) recommend keeping a backup version of save game files, especially deeper ones. We wouldn't have the facility to store every save point on every save game that people have made, it would be impossible.

@BarryBL Received the Pitcoins ! Thanks a lot to CM’s and you 👍🏻

just one question. I had purchased the seventy edition (non-schumacher edition). So i have received messages from Xbox Live for 10,000 Pitcoins and 5,000 Pitcoins.

But the update you have mentioned in the blue banner on the top of the screen in the forums says that we will be getting message for 15,000 Pitcoins and 5,000 Pitcoins.

Is the difference of Pitcoins based on the edition purchased ?

    Spot on mate. 70th edition = 10k on pre-order vs Schumi Edition = 15k on pre-order

  4. Double Confirmed: 2020 Mercedes. 👍

Also in TT, theres a lot of factors affecting pace. Time trail is set up to have the best conditions possible at default. Track is rubbered in, perfect weather for your chosen setting, ERS and Fuel deployment in Max and remains there without any overheating.

  5. Hi everyone,

Xbox One players who did not receive their Pitcoins for #F12020game should now have a message from Xbox Live with a redemption code.

📗 On the Xbox Dashboard, press the Xbox button and then navigate to 'Messages'.

📗 On the Xbox App, tap the 'Chats' icon at the top of the screen.

We sincerely apologise for the delay and any inconvenience this has caused. We are currently checking if all players affected have received their coins, please let me know if the process above has not worked for you.

I read somewhere that people who purchased the fancy edition would get enough coins to get the VIP pass each season.  It didn't specifically state that the coins were those that are earned during the season.  So, if that's the case, then we need to make sure we save 9,000 coins each season in order to be able to get the next one?

The link may have been worded incorrectly. You would have been assigned enough coin to buy Season 1 of the pass, and then, if you earn to Level 30, you will have been given 10,000 Pitcoins from the pass, giving you the 9000 coins for Season 2 upon launch and 1000 spare for you to use. You would have to resist spending them as soon as you got them though, and plan to have 9000 Pitcoins for the start of Season 2, ready to redeem.
