I appreciate the Covid situation, but 7 months after I paid for the game I might be able to play it again, if not then what? Hopefully someone at CM appreciates I spent good money on something that has been useless to me since December 3rd?

that's fair enough - but in-between it working and not working overnight I did not change a thing! not their update or firmware or anything, the only thing that changed is your DLC. Also can I confirm you are talking about my original issue - which is NOT the same as the ost title here - I have no issues with "Assigning fanatec shifter" my issues are with feedback and any wheel feel whatsoever? You do have my original problem?? The other guy started a conversation on here and this was the only place I was getting a reply, which is why the chat continued on this thread. Can you confirm?

Ok, what I really don't understand is that it was working at first, then it wasn't - so you had what you needed from fanatec for it to be working or it wouldn't have worked in the first place? I don't understand their input in this or what you are waiting for? You had what you needed to get it working originally in November? So this month as in April?

Anything back? I completely understand in the big scheme of things this is not important but I'm still working! and this has been going on since December now so will be approaching 4 months soon that I haven't been able to use the product I paid for! Let me know, I'll check back soon...

No they said talk to you guys, and that this was a game issue. I did some tests and I confirmed I have the latest firmware etc. So who do I talk to about a refund / credit? I paid for all of the extra DLC upfront and I now have a game that has barely any trade-in value. I have not been able to use any of the additional content I paid for and not even the basic game, since Dec 3rd. I will move onto other things now I'm afraid, this is ridiculous.

it isn't a hardware issue - if you check above you'll see it worked fine before the December update, and since then every other game I have played or tried on either Xbox or PC continues to work perfectly. It didn't stop when anything on the wheel-base changed, only when the game was patched back with the S1 update of content.

@ChrisGrovesMCM Can I get some sort of update on this, I tried it at the weekend and it hasn't changed. Still not sure what you tagged me in but it's getting silly now!! I haven't been able to use this since Dec 3rd update and that's 3 months now!! Anything to report?

Hi @ChrisGrovesMCM - ok so downloaded the update, I can see season 2 things - and it's no different. At this point I'd really like to know if I should bother waiting at all or just get rid of it while it's still worth something.... this doesn't help with the fact I've paid for the DLC that I haven't been able to use at all though. Any good news for me?? This is a real disappointment! Look forward to hearing from you when you have time I can see you are busy!!

@ChrisGrovesMCM is there any progress yet? This will be 2 months soon rendering the game useless, I'm going to have to sell it and move on - and I'll be seeking compensation as I paid for current and future DLC in my edition and it simply cannot be used!! There is no way this is an issue with anything of mine because it used to work until an update was done. You see my point?
