  1. Thank you for your reply in such short notice.

    The problem is as follows:

1: the issue is audio cutting off while driving on and off track (not on menus nor the pit lane) this happens every now and then , but not consistent, the only consistency I have found is that it takes a bit to happen for the first time, but once it happens once, it gets more frequent.

2: My game version is 1.22 downloaded it yesterday, so I guess it's the latest version

3: Game-mode is Time Trial, haven't tried any other because of the 2 hour gametime refund policy on steam

4: This issue is pretty random by nature, but it happens everytime I load on the Red Bull 2019 car on melbourne at time trial, (haven´t tried any other car-track combination) after doing some running when going out of the garage on a hot lap. The time that passes between every cut off is pretty random, and I have had times where it didn't happen for a few laps but then reappeared.

5: I have restarted my pc and game several times and it has always happened

6: I have tried all combinations of the Audio refresh rate setting, paired with putting my audio drivers to 48KHz, changing refresh rate on the monitor, changing the crew voice to not automatic, Steam file validation came correct as well, I have also tried both the DX11 and DX12 versions.

7: My devices are a Logitech G29 Steering wheel and an EDIFIER G4 Headset which comes with it's own audio driver, which weirdly doesn't appear as an option on the audio settings.

8: Video shows audio stuttering on random intervals and for random durations.

    Thanks,
    Cacasa

  2. Dear community, I've just bought this game, and I'm on the verge of refunding, this audio stuttering error is making it impossible to play, and no, it isn't that my system can't run it or that it struggles with it, I have a Vega 56 and a Ryzen 5 1600X with 16GB ram memory which averaged 80 FPS (before being lowered to 60 as a lot of the guides online suggested in order to prevent the error) I have tried running with all kinds of audio refresh rate, set up the jeff audio channel to not auto (couldn't find my EDIFIER G4 drivers, but it still works) and tried even on DX11 and the problem persists, trust me, I do want to give you my money, but with almost a year of development and updates, I thought an error like this was not possible. Also because of steam refund policy, I only have 56 minutes of gameplay testing before I reach the 2 hour mark.

    Thank you,
    Cacasa.
