Looking at SteamDB the free period ended 19 March 2020 (running from 10 March) so I'd guess if it wasn't activated in this timeframe it's not 30 days licence.

    https://steamdb.info/sub/433935/

Well, first of all I definitely activated it on PS4 in the 7 days free trial (since last wednesday I played it and it was 18 march) but there's no sign of 30 days license.

    Now it's just a trial.

Second, F1 send email on friday. So why would it be needed to activate the license between 10-19 march?

Anyway, what F1.com wrote is not true, and that's what I was asking.

Codemasters could give us some F1 2019 anyway...

If you have a spare external drive that can be used for storage (IDK if 64GB Flash or larger external HDD could be used as additional storage and maybe try download to that)?

PS4 housekeeping tips may be useful?

Not sure what is possible/suggestible without a console to try.

No, it appears to be an issue going on since November (and possibly only in Italy), some say  it's the provider (TIM) because someone solved by doing the hotspot with another provider (Vodafone i.e.), but someone else didn't solve even by doing that.

I have Vodafone on mobile but unfortunately my house shields my 4G so it goes at 0.9-1Mbps so can't even try to download 55GB with an hotspot.

It appears to be solved with latest beta firmware, so I'm signing for beta test, and when I'll have a code I'll install  it and try again.

No worries @psychomb, please let me know how you get on.

From the perspective of the game, the error code is a PlayStation reported code.

If it helps, I had a similar problem with my home console on another game, where it got stuck on downloading even though the update was finished. I had to uninstall and re-install the game and that solved it straight away.

Tried to put static IP. Nothing changed, error again. Again deleted the installation of the demo, and reinstalled, at 4.1GB it gives me the same error. Tried to restart PS4, nothing again.

I'd like to buy the complete game, but as of now, since Sony doesn't refund, I fear to lose my money.

    Hi @psychomb,

Try this link from PlayStation with some troubleshooting on this error code:

    https://www.playstation.com/en-gb/get-help/help-library/error-codes/ce-36244-9/

Already tried. As I said in the OP, I didn't change the HDD, it's the original.

Of course I restarted the PS4 multiple times (with  the download still on). I really tried at least 20 different times to restart the download, or restart ps4 after the error.

Changed the DNS, will only have to try static IP on PS4  directly, but it already has a static IP on my router and even changed and again put  it static.

Nothing. Demo download still doesn't work.

Will try again today, maybe it was solved.

  5. Hello,

I'm trying to download (from Italy) the demo, and every time, at 4.1 GB error CE-36244-9 occurs, so Data corrupted.

The fact is... I rebuilt my database multiple times, and there's no problem with the HDD (original one) or the PS4 Pro.

Other downloads works just fine, and games too.

Honestly, I'm now reconsidering buying the game, since if it doesn't download it I don't want to waste money or risk initialising my PS4 that works just fine with any other download/game.

Is there  an issue with servers or so?
