I've just bought this game and it's been less than a week I've been playing it at home having bought a wheel and chair setup I'm playing with my dad, we're both into F1 - I'm probably a lot more seriously into it - but we've been out of the realms of racing games for a long time. Understanding we both need to improve our skill levels asap we're using the time trials methods to get used to the new tracks and the feel of the steering wheel.
I'm starting to notice the game isn't really built for 2 players or more offline, please correct me if I am wrong but I can't find it.
In the time trials we're trying to beat each other and our personal bests. However as we're limited to the one profile (why?) if one person does amazing laps and when we swap over the other person can't beat it that gets disheartening. I've notice although my dad is beating his personal bests (just by knowing his times) but he's not aware, and seeing that on screen therefore loses interest in the game.
So my request is that I would like to see improved offline multiplayer options. Add 2/3/4 offline driver profiles to the game. With that set, add the option to select the number of profiles wishing to compete in time trials against each other and picking the number of laps to set your fastest lap then each drive get's a shot at it. If the profiles don't win the head to heads, at least it keeps their personal bests. It encourages them to keep going on their own at a later time.
Maybe it doesn't fit into your game strategy but it would be a massive for us.
