I finish the race and I disconnect the server Spain, PC

Today I have not received the dairy prize. As I show in the photos, there were 3 minutes remaining, I ran a race, I finished it, I got 2,500 Cr, but the prize, for fininshing the races yesterday, has not arrived.

I have finished the race, then I have clicked on "continue", and I have got this. I am Spanish, and I play with Steam on a PC, on Windows 10.

Server is unavailable, when I go to "my team" Country: España I play on PC, Steam.
