That's why I suggested a bug report. The track limits improved from last year, I don't want ridiculous track limits from 2019 like we've seen in Sochi for instance.
-
All I can advise is if you feel that a track limit is bugged in certain corners, please submit a proper bug report so it can be looked at and addressed. Very few people submitted evidence regarding track limits so far, all we hear is crying.
-
Impossible in such short notice. SMS argument is not valid, their games used a completely different engine.
-
I rest my case. You don't seem to understand licensing. No reason to waste more keyboard strokes here.
-
Perhaps you didn't understand what I said. If Ferrari included other Italian words in the licensing contract, then again, how is that Codemasters fault? This goes for every team basically and varies.
-
It is not solely Codemasters decision about what words are licensed and what words are not. If Ferrari put down in the contract which words cannot be used in my team mode, I suggest write them a complaint as well.
-
I understand your frustration, I really do. But in order to fix these bugs and issues, they really need some evidence to take a look at it. Maybe start with one track per day.
-
You have been very vocal moaning about the track limits in every thread that this topic is brought up. Why don't you instead post a proper bug report with screenshots and video evidence of problematic areas so the dev team can take a look at it and make the appropriate adjustments.
-
I hope we never see the unrealistic downshift and 1st gear usage that was present in the 2019 game. It was ridiculous for that "extra rotation".
-
Yes, I think you are the only one who thinks that they are used as free advertising.
-
David, thanks for the replies. I find the default setups very understeery in slow speed corners, what setup adjustments would you recommend to remedy this issue?
-
You mean in real life? In real life it's controlled by the driver. The timing system automatically detects when it can be deployed, so the driver can't use it when the gap is bigger than 1 second, even if he pushes the button. Just like we have it in the game.
-
Yes indeed, more grip, and no assist is naturally faster than assists.
-
Thanks for providing screenshots so the devs can look into it.
-
Forgive me if I remain skeptical.
-
Please post a bug report with video evidence if you encounter something like that. I did go to time trial and every penalty I got was justified.
-
It is a 'no fault' system. You are involved in a crashed you get penalized. Impossible for an automated system to assign blame. Also about strict track limits: white line to white line.
-
Time trial is completely fine with strict white line to white line. The boundaries are clearly set.
-
Please fill out a proper bug report so the devs can look into the issues that you are experiencing. If my girlfriend would come back from a vacation like that, I would take her to the doctor right away.
-
Interesting.

This is not a bug report, please use the appropriate subforums for questions and comments.
-
Guys, please post a proper bug report if you have some issues with some controller/wheel setup, don't post off-topics here.

Please fill out a proper bug report with a screenshot or video attached of the issue. -
It's not just about lapped cars. "Gifting" positions, holding up a car to benefit your friend that's front of you, etc.
-
Yes, because strict track limits in the game are defined from white line to white line. Use "regular" if you want more realistic. Stewards in real life are inconsistent anyways.
