PS4 pro general rendering quality on texture both menu and cutscenes

Same on My PS4 standard , i already have a problem on the race with liveries pixeled texture. PS.sorry for my english but im italian and im quite bad writing in english -
-F12020- Cutscene sometimes goes to 480p and some texture don't spawn on May ps4

I play F1 2020 from day 1 of Schumacher editon and i have hot problem with grapich , sometimes the texture like liveries goes from 1080p to very pixelated or the cutscene goes ti very low grapich . Any One have my same problem. PS.sorry for my english but im italian and im quite writing in english.
