I'm having this problem too 😩 I'm trying to extend the time of the practice sessions. At the moment, I've got them on short, each session being 30 minutes but want to make them last a little longer. No matter when i try though, i can't extend it. I've tried immediately after a race weekend, just before the race weekend begins, while at the team HQ, I've even backed out to the main menu and gone back into career mode and tried it that way and still can't change it! How in the hell do you change it!? All i can change is qualifying and race distance 🤷‍♂️

Hope I can actually get these related trophies out of the way next week then🤞🏻The one and only time I tried, I was stuck in a lobby waiting for the race to start but nothing was happening 🤷🏻‍♂️

@Getts0388 It doesn’t matter whether anyone paid full price for the game or got it free even! The game is only a year old, give or take a month or 2. I purchased the game at the start of this year but didn’t get chance to play the game until about 2-3 months ago as I was too busy with work and other commitments. Should I lose out on a platinum simply because I didn’t have time to play a game!? Your logic is ridiculous! If I turn up late for a party, doesn’t necessarily mean the party is now over, if YOU get what I’m trying to say! 💁🏻‍♂️ Older F1 games still have online gameplay just like 2019, so I can’t really see why it’s difficult to arrange for silly weekly events/featured events to continue or alter the trophy requirement! To include not 1, but 3 trophies that must be achieved within less than a year of the games original release is completely moronic and it seems CM have learned from that stupid mistake for 2020!

I sent an email to codemasters like a month ago and have never received a reply! Very professional and decent of them!

I see that now the weekly events are just locked altogether now 🤔 so no weekly GP or featured event!? 🤔

It’s great to finally hear something and comforting to hear that something may be done regarding this issue at some point in the future 😊 Just like with many others, I’ve been a fan of the F1 series of games and have the platinum in the majority of the games, so it’s be great to add the F1 2019 platinum to my collection 👍🏻

Completely agree with both of you. This is something that’s been seriously getting to me over the last few months! Developers need to seriously start giving more thought into what the requirements are for certain trophies before the release of a game, otherwise alter the requirements at a later date so that any and all trophies are always available!

Just because F12020 is soon to be released, doesn’t mean a weekly event can not be active fortnightly! Absolutely ridiculous and unacceptable!!!

I’m sorry, but this is completely ridiculous and unacceptable! I only just started playing this game around 1-2 months ago! I tried getting the 2 trophies related to the weekly event but when I got around to doing the race, I was stuck in a lobby waiting for the race to begin and no timer in the corner to specify when it’d start! I’ve been waiting weeks now for the chance to try again, and now I’m hearing that I may not even be able to do the weekly event at all, only 1 year after the game was originally released! 🤬 It’s bad enough that the stupid and ridiculous “Pure Gold” trophy is so difficult to earn, but now the platinum trophy will already be unobtainable! 🤬 If this is the case, I’d expect a refund for a game I can’t ever achieve 100% trophy completion on after just 1-2 months of starting to play it! Absolute joke and you, Codemasters, should be ashamed!!! 🤬
