I copied the wrong values, my bad. The ones that are missing are 63 = Ferrari 1990 64 = McLaren 2010 65 = Ferrari 2010

There are some team ids missing from the appendix; 53 = Benetton1994 54 = Benetton1995 55 = Ferrari2000 56 =Jordan1991 Also m_drsAllowed is listed as uint8 but with a value of -1 for unknown, is this actually an int8?
